The guys moved my 90 year old parents yesterday. They were absolutely brilliant, respectful, kind and considerate. I cannot recommend Pickfords enough.

Truly professional gentlemen. Took care of all our belongings. Very polite and hard working men. They never stopped all the time they were here.

Very professional, efficient and courteous from the first phone call to saying goodbye when our goods were delivered from storage. We had a couple of cheaper quotes but opted for what we thought would be a 1st class service - we were not disappointed. Highly recommended, thank you.

We have been very very pleased with the service of Pickfords, moving our furniture and stuff from UK to Spain.
Our goods were packed by a very professional team – be ready to get up early as they will arrive before 7 am if they can. They worked fast and did an excellent packing.
We used the 2-5 week service and the goods arrived as planned – delivered to the door, by an 18 tons truck. Our goods got though custom without any issues.
Out items didn’t get unpacked because as we have no place to put the unpacked items.
We only have one “breakage” – which was the foot of a lamp that had twisted. I repaired it myself in under an hour. Every thing else is perfect packed and received that’s included family heir porcelain china, crystal glasses and paintings.
The communication with have been very good and always got quick replies.
If we should decide to move to another country, we would not hesitate to use Pickfords again.

Pickfords kept my furniture in storage in Cardiff for five months and transported it to London last week.
My dealings with Pickfords were through Kaylie Radford who was friendly and very efficient.
On the day Tony and his team; Jacob and Mark, got here mid morning moved all my belongings in very quickly and efficiently.
I will certainly recommend Pickfords and would use them again.

Friendly but polite crew that took great care to handle my property. Used their full packing service and this worked perfectly to my surprise as large property with lots of tools and garden equipment.

We had our belongings moved into storage originally, then moved to our new property in Cornwall. On both occasions the team were extremely professional and friendly, the office staff were also first class in helping us complete our move. I can't help but praise everyone involved and would certainly recommend Pickfords.

Amazing service door to door from Milton Keynes in UK to Franschhoek in South Africa.
Right from the start Charlotte did a great job and made the whole process seenmless. The UK team packing were fantastic and 8 weeks later our belongings arrived in South Africa. The team unloading/ unpacking were also great, and despite it being an awful day with heavy rain, they were so careful to make no mess in the house, despite the rain.
Not a single item damaged, which was impressive considering we had a number of fragile items, including a piano.

The choice of Pickfords was made from my previous positive experience, and that decision was well founded.
Pre-move I had a video meeting and that was made easy even for me in my senior years. The size of vechicle was driven by that and provided us with what we needed.
The communication from day one to after gave me all the knowledge needed to make the move day perfect.
Then the move itself. The crew on pick up (from London) and drop off (Dorset) were polite, efficent, and charming. Entirely professional.
Ive given a 5 star rating and that was the easiest decision because it was 100% what I hoped for and meant it was value for money end to end through the process.

Firstly the admin team were wonderful and arranged our moving service with one weeks notice. On the day, the team arrived early and set straight to work!They were fantastic at packing the glass furniture and my remaining few bags. They were polite, upbeat and very helpful. On arrival at our new home they were amazing. They shared where they thought some furniture might work and did not complain when I tried different furniture in different places. They wasted no time and all worked very hard. Thankyou very much, it helped make a stressful time easier

Used Pickfords to move from London to Devon. What was a daunting process was dealt with professionally with very friendly staff, who packed and wrapped our possessions and were careful.

Not what I expected. I had to choose between man with a van or professional and went with the latter.
Survey done I waited for operations call before the day didn’t get one. On the day an unmarked van pulled up with a driver and one other. This shocked me. Then an hour later another unmarked van arrived. There was no operations at all arranging the furniture on the van while the others started shifting the furniture and boxes.
At the other end we arrived after the van as we had animals to care for and we couldn’t get into the house it was rammed with boxes. The fridge was blocking the back door. When all was done we were in the garden I got a call to sign papers to say all was ok .. how would I know the boxes hadn’t been unpacked!
The following day we started unpacking and couldn’t move. But we found spaces between furniture and boxes that could have been moved up allowing more space.We found boxes for the kitchen in bedrooms or loft in the kitchen it was just disorganised not overseen not what I had expected or paid for and I’m feeling it was overpriced as I paid for a service I don’t feel I got. The men themselves were nice and polite. Go with man and van there is no difference not even in van signage nothing said Pickfords. Waste of extra money.

Gary and Neil were the removal men you sent us. They were very articulate and very careful moving the furniture. Neil was very careful packing the glassware and the ornaments. Also packing all the boxes into the van. And also at the new address unloading furniture and boxes very careful. Thankyou.

From start to finish I commend the customer service in arranging and managing our move, which has to be rescheduled due to legal delays. Curtis was an excellent and reassuring constant port of call in the lead-up to the move. The guys who moved us were friendly and incredibly hardworking and efficient, Henry, Ant and Rob were present on all four days of the job. They were flexible and generous when asked to go the extra mile. I would strongly recommend Pickfords for a premier removal service.

Pickfords handled my move with great care. Pre-move survey was done with great professionalism. The crew was very efficient and took good care of all the large furniture and fragile items. The move was very smooth on the day and we managed to finish on time.

From the very first phone conversation with Chris, to Kaylie’s help and support, to the crew who came to wrap and pack, Pickfords were outstanding and we can’t recommend them highly enough. We went for three quotes and choosing Pickford for our move to Australia was a no brainer. Our belongings are now at Southampton and we have all the information relating to the ships and routes to Fremantle plus being able to track it for peace of mind. We highly recommend Pickfords.
