Ordered an item from Pickmore and paid for the item but it never arrived
Ordered an item from Pickmore and paid for it . Pickmore then disclosed that they did not have the item in stock in their warehouse - but item was in stock in an amazon warehouse. so Pickmore decided to get amazon to send it to me - time went by (despite being told it would be delivered in 48 hours), After waiting more than the 48 hours - I emailed Pickmore to ask where the item was . Pickmore told me that Amazon had lost the item. Item never arrived and after waiting for one week - eventually was told by Pickmore that Pickmore had issued a full refund. Pickmore could have been far more pro -active in managing my order and it was pickmore who chose the courier to use not mine.

Hands down the best service I have received in ages.
I needed high-quality electrical leads and Andrew from Pickmore walked me through and educated me such that I was able to make the right decisions for my requirements in a kind and professional manner. His customer service was excellent and the products were exactly what I was searching for.
I saw Pickmore Co. had excellent Amazon and eBay reviews, however I ordered from their website as they offer 24-hour or 48-hour delivery - I was so happy about that.
I won't be going anywhere else for my electrical needs!
