I ordered like normal a week ago and they have not been dispatched to the address I have emailed but not received a response I have used this company several times but I’m very disappointed this time round. They are not cheap to purchase and do not expect such shocking service

The company refunded my money as they could not provide what I had asked for reason given was inventory.

Cancelled my order randomly without even emailing or contacting me about it, only found out when I was refunded my money.

Haven’t turned up….. not impressed.

I last done an order from PickNMix London last year, brilliant service. Now the name is Kingdom of sweets, I’m just not sure whether I’m gonna order again. They did message me back on Insta and said they was gonna look into it. Heard nothing back since.

Order not received. No response to contact

This company is a joy to order from , as ordering is easy, delivery is speedy and the goods are always well packed and so fresh,GREAT

The Other stuff was good but the 500kg pick & mix was not it had half a bag in it

Brilliant Pick & Mix options, best around! FYI, just add cola fizzy and it's perfect!

Terrible I want my money back paid for next day delivery it took three days come on tried contacting anyone zero response do not use!

Our first visit to Kingdom of Sweets was a great experience and we enjoyed the great selection and the lovely flavors. As our nearest store is some 40 miles away we decided to purchase via their online website, this was a mistake. We ordered 2kg of their mystery selection thinking that we should receive a wide range of their vast selection (i.e. a little of something from most or all), but instead the selection was either picked by someone who could not be bothered or their pic'n'mix selection was depleted at the time of our order, either way the selection was pitiful to say the least and did not include any of the select at the store bar some jelly babies and chocolate honeycomb. The vast majority were sour sugary coated i.e. almost a kilo were fizzy. Which then coats nearly all other sweets in the selection, thus it spoilt the taste of the other sweets. As fizzy sweets are a specific selections on their website, we were very disappointed that nearly a kilo were fizzy especially as they have such a vast selection. At a few pennies shy of £30 for 2 kilos for what should have been great was in fact a very very disappointed family. The moral of this story, is be specific in what you order onlne, rather than leave it to chance in a mystery selection as the online mystery selection picture is nothing like what was received. In future I guess its a visit to the store, where we can select what we want as there is no option online for the specific ones we liked..
