Avoid. I ordered a while ago and it was a great, so I re-ordered and the mix was nothing like it was previously and didn’t have the sweets that were advertised on the photos. I asked for a refund and I was refused as I had opened the bag, which is ridiculous as the bags are not transparent so I had no way of knowing what was in the bag unless I opened it.

I was offered a measly £5 voucher which was nowhere near the value of my order. This amount of discount is available for anyone who has their freely available voucher codes, so didn’t really compensate for their poor product.

I was on my 9th star on the loyalty card and number 10 you get your order free up to £25 but now you have put me back to number one. I have sent an email to the shop asking why, but not received a reply yet.....

I love this company,I have purchased from them since lockdown last year!They are always speedy with delivery, send regular updates through emails and their sweets are yummy!!Recommend 100%, awaiting my next delicious goody bag!!!

Selection was fine but some sweets ordered not available substitute not to liking as was the fudge. Everything else was fine sweets were fresh packed nicely and arrived safely on time perhaps I will stick with multi packs all in all well done

Fantastic. I suffer from DRY MOUTH, due to my illness. The fudge is so delicious it melts in the mouth.
The price is so good.

I picked what sweets I wanted and didn’t receive any of them!!! Got all the ones I didn’t ask for - including fizzy sweets which I hate !

I like pick and mix London, but do have one definite moan. When I do an order of £25, it comes in two bags, but they are never evenly mixed. I have two grandchildren with very different tastes, so when I open one bag, one of them is happy, but the other has to wait till the second bag is opened. I don't want to open both bags at once, because that is too much in one go. They last 2 weeks once opened. It is now becoming a major factor in our satisfaction.

I purchased these for a bit of fun. Delivery was very quick, sweets packaged beautifully. Will buy again.😁

As ever the sweets are delicious, and with the new mason jar to keep them in, i imagine a re-order is close

Ordered product, came with the bags as expected but they are rubbish. Too large and not a good size as displayed on website.

Won’t be ordering again.

Fudge is delicious. Third time of buying I decided to try a sweet also. However a substitute was given as didn't have my choice. I'm 59 and really not into jelly snakes!!
