Karthikeyan arranged my first solo trip to Dubai excellently.

Horrible. Had gone to Indonesia Bali.
Was put in a 2 start place in the middle of a busy street after promising a 4 star.
In the same place was served food which had bugs. Yuk. On showing the hotel staff the same they offer a free meal. Give me a break...
One of their own ground staff from Balibagus tried scamming us by inflating the cost of an activity 5x. Bad behaviour from driver. Attempt to assault. An accident all in the trip.
They have a live chat facility but when things happen in your holiday country the india team has non working hours and by the time they reach you the day is over for you and the bali team has non working hours.
Solid communication gap between the 2 teams. India team and ground team. No one bothers. In the name a vegetarian meal we got noodles tossed in tomato sauce smelling of beef. And they shamelessly say all food comes from same kitchen. This was in the noosapanida trip.
Sales team promises things that are not fullfilled. Cost inflated multiple times when selling the package and super substanded service.
Any problem you face,u get only an apology. Zero action.
Dont spoil your holiday and waste hard-earned money.

Well to start with I should have never opted for this. I only went for this by my brothers advice as a trial to see how things work with this team.
I will have to agree with the other negative reviews that their on the ground experience is very less.
As usual my ordeal started from the time I paid the money.
It’s like they keep shifting your point of contact from one person to another and no one has a clear idea of what’s happening.
Then when you are in place where my location was singapore. They just can’t plan a good itinerary for you. You can call them a glorified makemytrip substitute.
They just book your tickets in the way they see on line and plan without any consideration for the customer and the way events happen in singapore.
I had given clear instructions on plan of my trip with all activities at singapore and only reason for giving them that job was to plan my itinerary as i was busy with my work.
Not only did they mess it up they have no clear updated idea what’s happening at the places that i was visiting.

Day 1 Arrival. 28th April
They arranged a private pick up which was the only private vehicle without any problem. Everything went fine and the rest of the day was for leisure. Thankfully it went fine as I did the planning.

Day2 Universal studio. 29th April

The universal studio was okay.
They just hand you the ticket and their job is done. They send you in a shared coach like a flock. Unlike the other agents they don’t give you a plan on how to visit universal studio in the sequence of orders so that your trip is finished with ease and comfort.
They just pass the ticket late night after you sleep with a very vague instruction.
They don’t give you any help with how to proceed with the universal studio so that we get to cover everything with least comfort.
They have no idea what is working and what is not. The water world has been closed which they have not shared or didn’t have info on.
Anyway I had to spend some time so that I cover the complete rides with ease without wasting time.

Day3 The bird park and the night Safari. 30th April
It’s like they forgot to book the ride for me.
I had to make calls and I got my driver at 1430. 30 minutes late.
So I was already late when I reached Mandai bird paradise and had to run around to rush through what I had to see.
Then take the free shuttle for night safari. Where I had to figure out myself the order in which I should go so as to cover everything.
No help there. Again they are just a substitute for a ticketing app.
And before completing the visit I had to go back as the driver has already been planned.

Day 4 1st May
I was picked at 0900 hrs and dropped at universal studios for the HARRY potters visions of magic which was a show for 1130.
When asked why I was dropped this early their answer was coach was shared for 0900 hrs. ..,, this is not a group tour this is a personalised tour.
And the cost of hiring a cab on grab would have costed my less than 10-15 S$.
Again I had to venture around call the ground team couple of times to figure out why I was dropped this early.
From the time I started my plan for this trip I wanted to add the aquarium in my plan for which I said I would be paying.
I was there from 28th to 3rd May only to realise from the ground staff in singapore by 31st April pm that the sea aquarium will be closed from 31st. So that could have at least placed that aquarium trip in April so that I don’t miss out the aquarium.
At least what I was paying was for them to plan a good itinerary so that I don’t miss out on the important places in singapore.
Day 5: The worst day. 2nd May
My pick up was scheduled for 14:30 and morning I got a message be ready by 14:20.
I was out with my family the following morning and I get a message at 1342 from the driver stating be at 14:15 for pick up for which I sent a message can he make it at 14:30.
I get a call from him stating he is not my personal driver and I have to be there at 14:15. Even though he sounded rude I done give it much thought and I was there at the hotel lobby at 14:13 waiting for him.
As my son was missing I kept my wife in the cab to look him. And I found my son stuck inside the lift as his card was not working.
When I was inside the car at 14:18 I saw my wife’s sad face and when confronted she revealed the driver had behaved very rudely with her. The remaining part was intolerable. I was on the phone complaining to the ground team at singapore about the “useless “ driver being sent for the pick up making his own decision of time change and he got violet. He stopped the car in the middle of the road in singapore and wanted to throw us out. I strongly said that I will not get out in the middle of the road and all this was happening when I was on phone with the travel associate in Singapore. The next hotel stop I got out and asked the agent i will arrange another cab myself if they don’t arrange me one and that ends my experience with the pick your trail.

The trip was well planned with help from consultant Siddhant Rai. He was extremely patient and planned every minute detail with me. Our local driver George was kind and respectful. He suggested activities and made sure we had a safe and comfortable trip. I do recommend Pickyourtrail.

I have one small feedback. For the price we paid and having opted for premium package, I would have expected a better well maintained car.

From the itinerary to execution ,PYT made earnest efforts to give the best customised tour package.....The tour coordinators suggested good hotels to stay, best places to eat in Andaman and helped in booking for adventure rides.The level of commitment that they bring in making our travel truly memorable deserves a shout out!!! I'm still pinching myself after our amazing trip to Bali, expertly planned and executed by PYT. From the moment we arrived until our departure, every detail was taken care of, allowing us to fully immerse ourselves in the island's beauty and culture.

I recently used PYT services for my recent visit to Vietnam.

What made me choose PYT?: I spoke to a number of travel companies, both local and around the country for a quote. PYT promptly followed up with phone calls and emails after I filled a form on their website. Some others pushed their own itinerary whereas PYT literally made it easy for me to customize every single aspect of my visit. A huge plus point here. Ease to choose your free time, your own tour is fantastic. I had one other competitor also do this but I had to do my home-work on the available tours and reach out, whereas PYT allowed me to easily add whatever I want in the app and provided a lot of choices. Great advantage here! Prices were also similar to what was offered at other places, so good job on that.

VISA and domestic flights were handled by PYT. A day before my trip, a WhatsApp group was created with PYT and their Vietnamese counterparts. My pick up details were provided prior to departure and the driver was present as soon as I was out of the airport. All local tour details were informed a day prior and everything mentioned in the itinerary was covered satisfactorily. Had the same good experience with all other transport, tours and domestics flight. No areas to complain.

I am someone who always plan my own trips. Shared tours always has its disadvantage. You need to be ready at the decided time, you may find some interesting places where you would like to spend more time and you are forced to leave due to schedule, some places where you are done early but you need to wait for other tourists. This happened on this tour as well. I had less time at few places forcing me to wind up soon and had lots of time at places leaving me waiting for other tourists to return. We were also taken to a pearl and agar wood boutique which was not a part of the itinerary. It was a big sales pitch to purchase overpriced pearls and agarwood jewellery. We were just left there with no idea where the exit is and were shown overpriced stuff over and over again. We did not sign-up for this. This is similar to the Indian auto-rickshaw/tuktuk scam "pay me less but I will take you to a store-just see, don't buy anything" kind of thing.

What could be improved? My initial hotel was changed at the last minute (said that the hotel management changed, so it was only the change in hotel name). Initial tour guide was waiting for me at another hotel. We were searching for each other for sometime before we realized that we were at different locations. The tour guide then asked me to share my location and arrived after sometime. This could have been avoided. Not a big deal though, but this would have impacted the other patrons participating in the shared tour. It would be better to provide a list of hotels as well as options just like the option for available tours. This way it makes it easier to choose a hotel of my choice. I had to contact my advisor to modify hotels/room types. It's just easier to provide a few options and choose one instead of talking on the phone to decide on hotel and room type.

Pro Travelers: The other things like transfers from/to hotel or anywhere in between, there are apps like Grab. If you want local tours, you can use klook or GetYourGuide. You can find all entry tickets, day trips and events for decent prices. We may book hotels on Booking.com, Agoda or anything else.

If you would like something hassle free, everything booked and ready for you, I would recommend PYT. Just pack your bags and only decide on what to do in your free time, like shopping. Everything else is pre-planned and well taken care of. I would also recommend using PYT if you are visiting a country for the first time since you wouldn't know how well things work.

Overall, I am extremely satisfied with PYT. Everything promised were fulfilled. If I need to use services or if someone asks me for recommendations for travel, PYT would be my first choice. PYT's app and website is also great. A lot of information and customizability helps planning your tours very well to a granular level.

Happy to travel with PYT

I paid approximately ₹90,000 for a 3-day stay at Dhiffushi Island, Maldives, expecting a decent experience. However, the reality was far from it. The location was extremely basic, far from luxurious, and we were accommodated at Araamu Holidays and Spa—a standard 3-star hotel with only three room categories:

Basic Room → Deluxe Island View – Balcony
Double Occupancy Room → Superior Sea View – Balcony
Family Suite → Superior Island View – Balcony
Our invoice (screenshot attached) clearly stated that we were booked for a Superior Island View (Family Suite). However, the room we were given was no better than a budget lodge. Upon investigating, I found that the actual price of the room wasn’t even ₹5,000 per night (screenshot attached). I also reached out to the hotel staff for their official tariff rates (screenshot attached), which confirmed the scam.

When confronted, PickYourTrail falsely claimed that their pricing was completely different and accused the hotel of lying. The truth is, they cheated us outright. If you're considering booking with them after reading their Google reviews—DON’T! Most of the reviews you see here are fake and paid.

Save yourself the hassle and book directly through Booking.com or MakeMyTrip. I have undeniable proof—emails, photos, and videos—to back my claims. This agency preys on unsuspecting travelers, scamming them out of their hard-earned money. Avoid them at all costs.

We had a disappointing experience with Pick Your Trail and would advise considering other travel agents.
• Sales Team: They persistently called and followed up until the sales process was completed.
• After-Sales Service: The experience was the opposite, requiring constant follow-ups from my side to get any response, particularly regarding bookings and the visa process.

We booked a Europe trip through them but received no satisfactory assistance, even after multiple follow-ups. Based on this experience, I would recommend investing some time to handle your own bookings or opting for another service provider with better customer support

It was a great location the property was very beautiful we had a great time in Cocogiri. Deepika took great care of us. The catering staff as well as the chef's were extremely prompt tending to our needs. Special mention to Mukesh. Thank you.
I have been to Maldives before and stayed at paradise island and my recommendation is that if you want a more calmer and peaceful stay you must visit Cocogiri Island Resort as the occupancy and total number of guests are lesser. The reef and marine life of the vaavu atoll are absolutely gorgeous.

Things i really loved from the stay:
1. If you get the snorkeling kit free with your room please pick it up from the dive centre and go snorkeling every day. Make sure to look for the reef to go snorkeling. You can do it near the bridge as well as near the water villas. They are extremely mesmerizing and not something you should miss out on at all. Highly recommend. Please keep note of tides while going snorkeling. For us the best time was between 7-9am as post 11am the tides got stronger. You can check with tide levels at the dive centre too. If snorkeling is not included with your package you can pack it from home or rent it out from the dive centre. However if you rent it from the dive centre it must be returned by 5pm every day so, you won't be able to snorkle in the evenings. If you need a life vest, you can rent it out from the dive centre too. Do note that if you want to go swimming with sharks please check the dive centre calendar in advance as they happen only on certain days of the week.
2. The food is really good. There are vegetarian options available. The menu changes for every meal which is a great variety. I think Cocogiri should incorporate adding labels for vegetarian dishes as it would make it easier to identify than us having to ask.

A couple of issues we faced during our stay:
1. It would be great if we get our room key faster because since the location is far away the boat ride is already 1.5 hours and we will be missing in on lunch as well as the first 4 hours. So please make sure to provide rooms at a faster pace.
2.Our beach villa swing didn't have a cushion and when I called room service they didn't provide us with it and told us it was sent to wash. And the following day when I called for an update they mentioned that they could only give it to us the next day but, we were moving to the water villas the next day so there was no point in that. Please be more prompt with service.
3. Other guests at the property were racist towards us. As we were sitting on the beach bed they arrived in the paddle boat towards us and shooed us away. They said literally said"shoo" and made hand gestures towards us to go away. I get that there is a language barrier but their actions were derogatory towards us. I request people of other nationalities not to be rude towards others as everyone has paid for this luxurious vacation and no one is lesser than the others to make them feel that way. When we mentioned it to the front desk (they spoke to the guests that did that to us) and during dinner they came up, cornered my sister and told her not to complain about them to the front desk and to rather tell it straight to them. Here, I'd like to state that the guests who cornered my sister were twice as old as her. Which was not a pleasant experience.

I recently travelled to Singapore with my family for vacation. The ground team did an excellent work. Due to rain I wanted to change the ticket time for Luge ride. They immediately changed it and provided a new ticket. I had few feedbacks after coming back which was immediately addressed by the pyt customer support team

Want to give less than a star . Don't plan any trip with pickyourtrail. I have been traveling every year First time tried with pyt . Very worst experience from planing till tour completion. Want to celebrate my birthday party at Singapore. Initially planer comes then after payment the costumer is transferred to operation who gives us voucher, then transfer to local sub agent , we have to co ordinate with local agent all this communication are done by what's app or the app chat . If you raise an query they will respond in 24 to 48 hrs . This is shit kind of operation. I have been to there office in t nagar . There are more than 200 people sitting. But no use. They can organise better way . Initial person who has done my tour plan after payment he is not in any of the communication. The operation team is not connected with local Singapore vendor. Totally un coordinated team . They organised a candle light dinner in a place of 200 people noise place and a table with candle for my bday . Totally shit . If asked they said we gave option you selected. Actually pyt is to suggest places . For dinner they gave only 1 option. No other recommendations where asked . We 4 people traveled it was 2 rooms we paid fee including the breakfast. When went to hotel only 1 room was with breakfast other room didn't have breakfast. Then we called local agent , she gave other number asked me to speak to person in Chennai. Who was new and he said he is responsible for new . And asked us to pay in cash and will refund. So far not received the amount. Next day one more lady called said I am your contact person for the day but my shift is 12 to 9 . On some urgency called before 12 she messaged after 12 and said just now my time starts . Does any tourism respond in 24 hrs and in working time surprising. I have earlier travel with MURUGAN TRAVELS . They are small but they organised well it's fixed travel program with guide for entire trip . With 3 time food . Once paid in india other than personal purchase no expense was required. Support 24x7 . Here I paid twice and spend more with out any happiness. WORST ORGANISER, TOO MANY INTERNAL DEPARTMENT , MILKING MONEY, TOO MANY MANPOWER AND DEPARTMENT WHICH IS NOT REQUIRED, NOT BOTHERED ABOUT COSTUMER, ONLY THE STAFF OF PICKYOURTRAIL IS HAVING HAPPY TOME IN OFFICE WITH STRICT WORKING HOURS AND TOTALLY NOT BOTHERED OF COSTUMER.

I recently went on a trip to Baku and Tbilisi with two friends, organized by Pickyourtrail, and overall, it was a fantastic experience. They managed everything from visas, tours, transfers and internal flight to accommodating our preference for staying in Airbnbs.

I did face an issue with my visa during immigration in Baku, which required me to apply for an urgent visa on my own. Despite this challenge, everything went smoothly afterward, and the goodwill and support from Pickyourtrail were truly commendable. They consistently checked in to ensure everything was back on track, which I highly appreciated as a customer.

The tour planning was seamless, and we had great drivers throughout the journey. A special mention to Mr. Fikrat in Baku, who was not only punctual but also incredibly considerate of our needs. We felt so comfortable with him that we could leave without needing to give any instructions. Our drivers in Tbilisi, Mr. Zako and Mr. Bando, were also excellent and ensured our journey was smooth and enjoyable.

One suggestion for improvement: it would be helpful if the detailed itinerary could be shared a bit earlier, so we can review it and suggest any changes if needed.

Overall, Pickyourtrail delivered an amazing experience, and we are already looking forward to planning our future trips with them for ourselves and our families. Thank you for the great trip and the wonderful support throughout!

Had a trip to Dubai recently with my family. Everything was taken care of by Pick Your Trail. I would highly recommend their app for travel. This is my third such trip with them and have suggested this to many of them. Thank you Ruchith and Dinesh

Very very bad experience with pick your trail ,they say lot lie to make you buy their package,but they never follow or never care to fulfill.
