Amazing Customer Service!

Easy experience from start to finish

It was very easy to upload my photos, during the ordering process it recommended enhancements to my prints for a little bit extra. Delivery was within the time frame, even with it being a bank holiday weekend. My prints are excellent quality, I love them.

I wanted a film poster of a specific film . It was so expensive. Then I came across pic2poster. Amazing, I am so happy with my purchases. I have ordered 3 and I would highly recommend them!

Fantastic company

Just ordered and received our wedding photos, I can't stress enough how amazing they are! We ordered 8 x photos of various sizes and unbeknownst to me, 3 of the photos I uploaded weren't of a good quality. Rather than them just printing what I ordered, Gail emailed me to say they would be grainy when printed so I sent her alternatives and they came this morning faster than what was stated on the website. We will definitely use this company again! Great customer service 👏 😀

Hi,
I'm afraid I cannot look into this further for you without an order number or name. We are currently not offering a next day delivery service due to delays and issues we have been experiencing with Royal Mail.
We certainly will not charge you twice but, occasionally, the transaction may be showing as paid and also pending. This is down to your bank and the pending transaction will drop off your statement within a few days.

Great Service

I sent a large family group image to the pics2posters for printing. I was contacted by Gail as, while checking the image prior to printing, she had found a mark on the original. That was therefore rectified before printing and the print I received was well packaged and perfect.

Outstanding Customer Service…

I happened to stumble on pics2posters while doing an online search for photo prints, how lucky was I.

I can’t thank Gail enough for the amazing customer service I received. The time and effort she provided was outstanding and the photos that arrived yesterday were lovely and so well packaged. They were just what I wanted.

Needless to say that as a result of the service received, I will definitely be using them again in the future and will recommend to my friends.

Excellent quality with great customer care

I've used pics2posters.co.uk a few times now for colour prints. As a graphic designer who deals with print on a daily basis I am REALLY fussy!

Each colour print has been 100% perfect.

Also, I made an error on one file, contacted customer care and spoke with Gail, who immediately froze my order. I emailed a replacement image. All sorted with minimal fuss. Prints arrived 2 days later!

My experience not the best

My experience was not the best. I ordered 4 pictures 50x40 black & white...I don't like the quality, it looks like blueish colour 😒 I don't like how it looks .. I paid £33.00 and my pictures going to the rubbish 🗑 😒. Sad experience. Others costumers reviews are good.. may it's my problem be creating those pictures..but...big NO... very overpriced!! I have already had my prints reprinted elsewhere.

I have had a look through our emails and I can see that you haven't contacted us about any issues you have had with your order. We will always sort out any problems if we know about them.
I have also looked at your order. You didn't order 50 x 40cm prints. You ordered 1x A3 and 3x 30 x 40cm prints so I am wondering if you just ordered the wrong sizes? The images you have sent in are good quality. However, they are all quite dark and, as you opted out of the image enhancement option, we have printed them exactly as they are. They would certainly benefit from brightening up. Black and white images are printed using a "greyscale" profile which uses black and grey inks. I cannot see any blue tones in these images and therefore suspect it is the darkness in the images that you are not happy with and probably the sizes.
As mentioned above, if you had let us know when you received them, we could have sorted this out for you.

Excellent

The quality of their prints is absolutely amazing. Much better than other companies. They are a bit more expensive but they're definitely worth the price. Their customer service is also second to none. I've contacted them a few times now for advice and they've come back super quick and are really helpful.

Brilliant job…

I purchased a poster size picture for my sons streaming channel and the quality and printing was out of this world.

The BEST customer service and quality

By the time I came across pics2posters I had had SO many issues with other well known companies trying to get some prints completed for my daughters playroom. Admittedly I am a perfectionist and I was concerned that what I wanted could not be achieved, however pics2posters thankfully proved me wrong! Aside from the high quality product I received, the customer service is what stood out for me. Gail was truly amazing in making sure she understood what it was I wanted and she was very knowledgeable. Her communication was fantastic. I really can't recommend this company enough!!

I have had a look at your order and can see that the images in question didn’t pass the quality checker which gave you a weak rating.
We do specifically tell you that the size ordered is not suitable for the quality of the image and it will result in a low quality image. We try to make it as easy to order as possible to avoid issues like this so, when an order is placed despite our warnings, we have to work on the fact that you have accepted the results will not be the best.
However, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase so, if you would like to provide high quality versions or alternative images for these pictures, we will reprint them free of charge for you.

Photos from our Ruby anniversary

I ordered 3 photos to be printed from our Ruby anniversary and wanted these framed in time for my husband's special birthday. I called and spoke to Gail to see if these could arrive in time and she went out of her way to get these printed and dispatched in time. Thank you and will use Pics2Posters again and recommend them.

Don’t bother

Ordered a poster to be printed and was told 5-7 working days for delivery. A week later I get an email to say they are just starting on the print and it’s poor quality. I’ve Emailed 3 times since to try and sort and have no answer! This was a gift that I needed by 18th December…… I very much doubt this will happen now!

Thank you for your feedback. We would like to apologise for the slow response to your order issues. As you know, when you placed the order you were given a quality warning about the image uploaded. Therefore, as you then accepted the print despite this warning, your order was put into a print queue. However, once printed, the team member who was dealing with this was not happy sending the print and decided to let you know there was a problem with the quality. Due to the amount of work we have over the Christmas period, this did take longer than we would normally take to get in touch - as did the subsequent replies to your emails.
We have offered to print and ship this with an Express Delivery Service to guarantee pre Christmas Deliveries but you have declined as you have already sorted out another print.
I would like to confirm that we have cancelled and refunded this order in full for you.
