Pleasantly surprised with the service. Ordered a TV wall mount on Boxing Day, aware that due to the Christmas period my order wouldn't be shipped/processed until 2nd January as per note on the website. I was in no rush to receive the order as I hadn't ordered my TV. The following day I received an email stating my order had been processed/shipped and then much to my surprise the order arrived the following day, Friday. I recommend this retailer for the excellent and prompt service, fully impressed with the speed at which my sale was handled.
