I have used Picturemaster for over a year now and for quite a few orders! I’ve always collected as they are local to save on postage! They always confirm my order and call to let me know if they are short of anything but this was only once. Their products are good quality and really competitively priced! Great customer service and really friendly people.

I have used this company for many years. I experienced problems with them along the way but to be fair they were always rectified. However, upon receiving my last order, I did not receive the correct roll of canvas that I had ordered. I emailed three times and was ignored. I tried ringing and no one would answer. They could probably see that it was me calling. So my loyalty to this company and all the business I have given them over the years obviously counts for nothing. I would not recommend using this company.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!!!

The WORST company I have ever had to deal with regarding returns. They refused to do a refund based on a 7 day policy which was not stated on the main site at all, and was hidden at the bottom of the page under the delivery policy tab.
I needed to return an A1 floater frame as my teachers clearly instructed me that it was misaligned and of poor quality, having paid £60 for it...
Not only did I have to endure the hassle of debating whether the frame I ordered was misaligned or not for 20 minutes, but the manager was unreasonable to speak to, hanging up on my mother, and had the audacity to be racist in her comments, .
I am an AS-level student and I begged for a return to no avail. With exams round the corner, returning this frame should have been the least of my worries. I am utterly frustrated and disappointed as this frame was for my final piece for my art exhibition.

This is clearly not a reliable website, with the poorest customer service I have ever dealt with. The company clearly do not value their customers, and I would strongly advise not purchasing from this site.

I was looking for a reliable canvas store to buy durable inkjet canvas of 44"Width and came to know about Picturemaster that has impressive quality products at an amazing price.

I contacted them for more information about other art products required for my daughters art work. They really have impressive range of customized stretcher bars. In next 48 hrs they promised me the delivery and what say!!! They delivered it within 48 hrs.

Thanks to Picturemaster, my daughter is happy with me and I am happy with your superb service.
