Mistakes are fairly common! with such a customised products we often get small amendment requests and we will always ensure this is reprinted for free with just the VAT and P&P costs covered! (if its already been shipped!) otherwise we can do these changes for free!

Was guaranteed 1-2 day delivery as that is what I paid for. It’s been 3/4 days and still not have received it.
I have received no replies or responses to my email
Dreadful service and would not recommend
Update:
Today is Thursday 8th and still haven’t received anything. I placed this order on the 3rd and the website said I would receive it within 1-2 days.
They offered me a partial refund of £3.98, which is absolute mockery. I want a full refund of my total amount. This is not the service I expected and not the service I paid for. It ruined the time I had with my family as I had nothing to show up for on the event when I was guaranteed a day between 1-2 days.
Furthermore, I have learnt they don’t respond to emails, so I will leave my request here until it is fulfilled.
