Great product. Was perfect for toilet training our puppy.

Our puppy started using the Piddle Patch right away!

This is advertised as being "soil Free" I received mine a couple of days ago and was amazed to find it looking remarkably like a £3 piece of turf in regular soil, I've messaged Piddle Patch and left numerous messages on their social media channels but yet to receive response.
Surely they cannot be selling a £3 piece of soil for £33 ? Also was it supposed to contain weeds? it's not only a £33 piece of turf, it's a poor quality £33 piece of turn that contains weeds !!

I’ve been using Piddle Patch for two years while living in a flat. They have a quality product and fast and supportive customer service. Saved me a lot of trips up and down the lift with my dog!

I loved the piddle patch experience and have recommended to other dog owners. I used it to help potty train my puppy, it looks nicer and is cleaner than using puppy toilet training pads.

Extremely disappointed. The price is really overinflated for what you get and the customer service is very defensive. I had quite a long email exchange and with every reply I got the standard answer that the product is designed and grown with health of the puppy in mind.

Honestly why is it so much when it’s just grass seed grown under uv lights. It would be cheaper and a lot less hassle if you got turf from the local garden centre and put it in a litter tray.

I might have been impressed if it wasn’t for the nastiness that came across from customer service. I won’t be buying again.

As I said for the price it’s not worth the hassle. And as for the threats of review…oh look I did leave a review. Have you removed my details from your database as requested in my formal email request under UK law you are obligated to remove them.

The Piddle Patch helped speed up our puppy’s house training as he definitely preferred using grass to the puppy training pads :) This is a must-have if you live in a flat or don’t have fast access to a garden! The company are fantastic to deal with. Highly recommended.

Next day delivery. Grass looks very fresh. Using for bringing new puppy home on car journey and for toilet training so I have a shorter trip to grass area. Putting in front garden where there is no grass. Fits in my boot for the puppy collection. Saves hunting for a safe toilet area at stops.

PiddlePatch was essential for us training our puppy without a garden! First rate product, with outstanding customer service.

We have found PiddlePatch to be very useful, when we first got our puppy in January, particularly as we live in an apartment, so getting him outside in time was difficult. It also gave us the peace of mind that he was safe and at no risk of picking up any illnesses from the street outside while he waited for all his vaccinations.
He is now 17 weeks old and is getting a lot better at going to the toilet outside hence we reduced the subscription from weekly to fortnightly. It was very easy to amend our subscription as per our changing requirements. All in all, a great product, which made our introduction to puppy parenthood that little bit easier!

Ordered every month for 6 months and my puppy loved and it made toilet training easier.
However the last order arrived full of grass grub infestation, the patch was soaking wet and I have to throw the whole thing in the garbage bin.
The customer service was very poor and they refused to acknowledge the issue (despite picture shared) and they refused to send another one, saying that it was not “harmful to me or my pet”. I’m giving only one star because of the poor customer service and poor quality control.

Piddle Patch has been absolutely brilliant for toilet training our puppy. We only have decking outside our back door…but by using the piddle patch it meant puppy was able to walk straight outside to a patch of grass when he needed to go (and we didn’t need to carry him up and down lots of steps). He got it straight away and it was very easy to encourage him to go on the grass patch rather than on the decking. For our puppy, we needed a replacement roughly every 10-14 days for the first few weeks till he started going for walks/ being able to use rest of garden.

The piddle patch team were so helpful and responsive and 100% delivered on schedule. They were flexible to change delivery frequency when needed too.

Tip if you’re using piddle patch outside during winter- we created a rain cover for it using a couple of big plant trays so it didn’t get too soggy and lasted longer. And definitely also get the absorbent pellets to use in the base.

Thanks to the piddle patch our pup was potty trained within 24 hours of bringing him home at 8 weeks. Along with the fact he wasn't aloud outside for 2 weeks meant he knew what he was looking for when he was eventually was aloud out into the real world.

I couldn’t recommend it more to anyone who has a pup / small dog, living in a flat or minimal outside space. The no muddy paws are also a win!

The service is great, it’s soo easy to manage your subscription (for when your away or on holiday) and the grass always arrives in great condition.

We used Piddle Patch for around 3-4 months and were very happy with the service and quality of product. Support team was always very helpful and fast responding. Would highly endorse.

This product is and has been an absolute game changer for me. Started using piddle patch for my puppy before he could go outside before being fully vaccinated. He took to it straight away and abandoned his puppy pads. Took very little training - it was as if he knew what to do straight away. Recently I have had an operation meaning I cannot walk and I’m housebound (I live in a flat). My puppy is now 6 months old and Piddle Patch has meant we have had zero accidents in the house at all, he can take himself on his grass as and when he needs as he’s fully trained to use the Piddle Patch now. I have limited mobility for now and when he’s not on his walks with his dog walker, Piddle Patch has made my life so much easier and stress free. As my puppy is using the grass very often, the Piddle Patch is lasting me around 2 weeks. After this point is becomes very smelly and unpleasant. We can push to 3 weeks but sometimes an occasional puppy pad needs to be used until my next subscription delivery arrives.
