Very helpful when I wanted to swap…
Very helpful when I wanted to swap something for another size, explained I really wanted a certain colour and size for a Christmas present but it was out of stock, they said they would reserve it once it came back in stock so I didn’t miss ordering incase it went out of stock again, arrived in perfect time for Christmas.
