Strange design
The ordering process and delivery were fine but the design of this bag is strange. The shoulder straps are too close together which makes the bag not sit properly on shoulder/ hanging rather than close to the back.
Also, no return process details and I still haven t had my email answered by customer service after almost a week.

Cap not adjustable
The cap is great, but cannot be adjusted, hence 4 stars. I'd bought it for my son's school trip but had to give him another that he can tighten to fit his head.
Other than that, delivery was timely, the quality is great and I'm yet to prove it's water proof ability.
