oh my god they are awful. given a 100% correct address, no gates, no security, no passcodes. they don’t even have to get out of the car to put the package in my mailbox. and somehow they fail, make it IMPOSSIBLE to get in contact, and have no real place to leave reviews. it’s not even funny how much this company sucks.

This service is absolute bullocks. Can’t reach customer service, unable to track package, when they do deliver the drivers throw the packages. Ridiculous at that. They need to go out of business.
Problems with EVERY package.
I have had to contact them about *every single package* that has gone through them.
They have never answered the phone, and when I do manage to get email responses, they're not very professional. To be fair, some of that could be due to English as a second language, but the email will be severely lacking in any real information.
Thankfully I received the first package after I sent an email (it had "out for delivery" scans for three days and then nothing). There are others that seem to have just disappeared at the 'last mile destination'.
It's impossible to know when PiggyShip is going to be used by the shipper, but once I find out, I will no longer be purchasing from merchants who use them.

tracking my package that they stated was delivered on Nov14 When I tried to track it on there site no tracking info came up. I again went to the the site where I ordered it after a week they sent me a tracking number when I went back to Piggy a photo of someone's back door came up with no address or anything on it. It took 3 weeks for them to post a photo of a dumpy back door...

I ordered a musical instrument from a reputable Chinese company who offers very reliable tracking via the Worldwide Standard Shipping app (which I have used many times before, with no issues).
My package arrived to the U.S. in a timely manner, and was sent to U.S. distribution via Chicago (I am in Ohio).
On Friday the 29th of December Piggy Express was delivering our package, and noted the package as "Address Incorrect". To confirm this, I called Piggy Express and got through to an agent, that seemed very surprised that our street number was not our appartment number (even though she read back to me and confirmed the apartment number).
She then told me that she had corrected this, and that they would deliver my package tomorrow (Saturday 30th). I also confirmed with her that the package can just be left with the leasing office (which is completely normal). Our address is very easily accessible, and we never have any issues with UPS, Amazon, local mail, or any other agencies.
Meanwhile, the Worldwide Standard Shipping app is still listing my package as being in Chicago.
Nothing happens, and all of a sudden it states that my package is "Out for Delivery" on Tuesday 3rd, the entire day. No other updates. Nothing is delivered.
Today, as of Wednesday the 4th, it is again shown on the Worldwide Standard Shipping app as *still* being in Chicago, but is again "Out for Delivery" since this morning.
Their online chat never connects you to an agent, I hung up on over their phone line, after waiting in line for 15 minutes, and an automated AI just says my package is with the driver."
When I am kept on hold and order a call back in X minutes (with my number confirmed) no one calls me back.
I have now alerted the company I ordered from and linked these reviews so they can be aware of the degree of issues related to this company, and I am filing an official complaint to the proper channels locally.
Update: 17th of December:
After getting in touch with 2 agents on the phone and 3 agents online, over the course of 5 days, I was continually told to "Just be patient," and 3 times told "Your package will be delivered today" (even "I can see the driver). On none of those days was the package delivered and suddenly, on Dec. 5th, (where I have been home all day - my front door is literally right next to my desk) it's suddenly marked as "attempted delivery" (nobody knocked, nobody came to the door, no one called me).
I reached out to the company I bought the package from and even they could just not get a response.
I then decided to send a repeated email to any carrier I could find using them; Etsy, Shopify, Amazon, FedEx, DHL, anyone, letting them know of the situation and alerted the Ohio Government.
No one could tell me, at PiggyExpress, why my package was still in Chicago and simply didn't answer my question or disconnected my chat. Customer service was either rude or didn't seem to know anything.
After my last email, I suddenly get a very frantic email telling me that my package is coming soon and not to worry (still no answer to why it's in Chicago).
Then, a couple of days after, I get a random text from the original number that originally texted me when they "couldn't deliver my package - please reply" (and then never answered):
"At the door. Plis gove code."
(We don't have any codes: all doors are accesible here)
And again "Ples give code or I will have to leave."
I open my front door - and there's my package! Nobody knocked, or tried to call me. When I texted the guy "I just got the package" the reply was:
"Yes I just delivered it."

Literally the worst company for shipping and the representatives are so nasty and rude when you try to ask for help to track a package. My package was out for delivery for 2 whole days and I finally got a hold of a representative after texting a bot 14 times and he was so rude

Well this driver never got outtheir car but took a picture of my front door and steps with no package in the photo. The BBB need to come in and shut them down. They steal packages.

Got a message that package was delivered. I immediately went to the door and there was no package. Driver stole the package.
Worst delivery service ever!
Everything went wrong! Worst company ever!! Every agent had a different response about my item: 'The package got lost', 'The package is in LA, California (not my location)', 'The package is in Phoenix, Arizona (my location), and out for delivery', 'We have no more updates for your package, please ask for a refund'.....it got out of hand really fast.
The customer service is faulty. I spent at least two hours on the phone, and when they answered, it was someone in China that had no clue what was going on.
Please, NEVER use PiggyShip for anything......PiggyShip is the worst delivery company ever.
Terrible experience with Piggy Ship
Piggy Ship was contracted by Pridola Design to deliver my package to SF Bay Area once it cleared customs at LAX. Piggy Ship has held my package in LA for 9 days so far without attempting to get it to me. I have emailed them and they just said to "be patient." It should have arrived within two days. Pridola Design also has been no help whatsoever in trying to expedite delivery. What a terrible experience. Do not use either company!

EXTREMELY HORRIBLE SERVICE THEY DESERVE NO STARS, AN INVESTIGATION AND A LAWSUIT! I ordered thru temu before and the first two orders were delivered from piggyship, no issue those two times. Now, this third time i order, the driver is marking the deliveries as #1: failed delivery, no access code. i called piggyship and the number on their contact info on temu isnt even in service anymore. tried calling the the number they had provided on the recording....ended up on hold for 6 hrs. emailed piggyship and they only responded because i filed a complaint about the delivery issue to the BBB. temu said they contacted the driver and requested they come back here. #2 attempt: the driver marked the package as "failed delivery. address is unaccessible. i reached out the same way as the first time but didnt stay on hold for more than 30 mins. im not staying on hold for 6 hrs again. so i emailed the bbb and told them the delivery issue still hasnt been resolved. I asked the manager and the employees of my apartment complex if someone from piggyship came to deliver a package to me and they said no. so i told them the same thing. the apartment complex manager said it sounds like the delivery driver for the piggyship delivery company is planning on stealing my packages. currently waiting for the bbb to respond back. with the gate currently not working, the apartment complex left the gate wide open. i dont understand how the complex was not accessible when people are coming and going, as well as other delivery companies were able to deliver. even walmart delivers to tenants at my complex. unfortunately i too have a strong gut feeling that with there being an issue delivering my package, the delivery person marking "no access code" and " address is not accessible" when it is, has me getting extremely strong feelings that the delivery driver(s) handling my package is working on stealing my order.
Driver slander of our business by posting review accusing us of being racist
The driver for this company posted a review of our business right after he delivered a package accusing us of being racist. We contacted PiggyShip to let them know what happened and could not reach them by phone. Via chat, the customer service agent was incredibly rude and stated that if the package was delivered they cannot assist us. This is so unprofessional and slanderous. We would like to speak to someone from Piggy Ship regarding this interaction and behavior by their employee.

Honestly this is the worst service company I've ever experienced. They are just plain terrible. Its so hard to get a hold of them (I waited on an online chat for over an hour). When I spoke to someone on the phone they mentioned they couldn't deliver the package because the area is inaccessible. I live on a public street, anyone can walk up to the front door so it was all BS. She promised to call me back and of course never did. STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AS POSSIBLE.
