The quality of the towels I ordered are amazing. I keep buying more while they're available!!! Absolutely obsessed with the organic towel bundles. I have both the white and blueberry colours and completely replaced all of our old towels with them. Theyre so thick, soft and wash well. Ans delivery was super quick. Best bedding ever

I recently bought the yellow gingham linen bedding from Piglet in Bed and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase! The quality of the linen is absolutely beautiful – soft, breathable, and it gets even better with every wash. The yellow gingham pattern is the perfect balance of cheerful and timeless, adding a fresh, uplifting feel to my bedroom without being overpowering.

The craftsmanship is excellent, with thoughtful details and a really luxurious finish. Everything arrived beautifully packaged and the customer service was fantastic throughout – friendly, helpful, and clearly passionate about their products. Everyone in the Bath store is always so lovely!

I purchased their linen cotton blend fitted sheet. Before even the first wash, the fabric started to pill. Don’t waste your money on these sheets.

I bought the Linen Blend Bedding in Elderflower a while ago and have been really pleased with it. The colour is soft and understated — exactly as shown online — and it gives the bedroom a calm, relaxed feel without looking messy. The fabric feels breathable and comfortable, and it’s held up beautifully after washing.

More recently I added the Elderberry cotton textured throw, which complements it perfectly. The texture adds warmth and depth without overpowering the bedding, and the quality feels just as thoughtful.

Overall, everything feels well made and designed to last. It’s one of those purchases that quietly elevates the whole room. Would definitely order again.

After 1 Year's Use, the linen is threadbare. The construction holds up well, but the quality of the linen is thin and nearly transparent. After a year, I expect and have made a couple of supported mends to the seat and shoulder blade areas, but one may as well flatline the entire garment in cotton, as the overall thinness creates areas that are see-through. It's so disappointing because one is lead to believe that linen is very strong and these are a quality that will last a long time. It hasn't been my experience. I won't be buying from Piglet in Bed again.

Love Piglet in Bed, their towel bundles are amazing, such good quality. And their bedding is incredible, equally good quality it’s just difficult to choose which one to buy as they have so many gorgeous designs to choose from. Their sample service helps with this. Would definitely recommend

The towels and face cloths are far softer and better quality compared to other brands. The in store customer service is brilliant too.

I visited Piglet in Bed shop in Bath in December and received excellent customer service. I bought some towels which are fabulous quality and I will be purchasing again. I love the brand.

I had an issue with one of the products - a hem was not sewed properly and was fraying. I only noticed this after I had washed it for the first time (and so not able to return it). I contacted Piglet in Bed via email and they have sent me out a replacement due to the manufacturing fault with my original. Very happy with customer service. Just rating 4 stars as obviously it would have been preferable not to have that issue in the first place. However, I will be purchasing from them in future.

Beautiful quality and so comfortable for sleeping without running too hot.

I bought a cushion with a new customer discount code. Cushion arrived promptly but zip was faulty. Easy return system. They sent invoice so I could purchase the replacement at same discounted price. It arrived but I didn’t like the colour as much as I thought. Returned it once again and this time ordered a new one right away at full price in another colourway as I didn’t want to risk it going out of stock while I communicated with PIB about matching previous price. It arrived promptly and then PIB contacted me to say that they had refunded me the difference (despite this being post purchase). I’m very happy with the cushion and really impressed as the follow up. They could easily have cashed in on my impatience and not bothered. I do wish they had a customer service number tho as communication via email/web form is not immediate. They apologised for delay in communication due to being understaffed and over busy but more than made up for it with ease of returns, speedy delivery and efficient refund. Will recommend and no doubt use again.

Very nice quality products. I do find the linen pyjamas wear out quite fast, but that might be me wearing and washing them too much because I love 'em!
