Going by the website and other reviews, I ordered a king size duvet cover (no pillowcases). Even though, in my view, the purchase was quite expensive, it doesn’t feel it. There is a roughness which I find uncomfortable to sleep under! There are other ‘niggles’ too - overall not happy with my purchase. I have emailed my dissatisfaction but sadly yet have not received a reply – a common courtesy I would think.
I have given one star because the oak leaf design is pleasing, and there was minimum amount of plastic packaging.

Their customer service is shockingly bad. I have chased several times on every email i have sent and still awaiting a response on the current one. I just wanted to change the colour of my bed sheet and it is turning into the most time consuming, energy sapping task ever.

I’m leaving a second review after a recent experience communicating with Piglet in Bed. This relates solely to the customer service I received that was beyond helpful. I had an issue and it was dealt with unbelievably well. I can’t praise Natalie enough.

Virtually no Customer Service which is surprising for a company selling high end goods. There’s no telephone number, you have to email, they can take weeks to answer, same if you have to email them back. So it drags on. Most of the issues could be resolved in a two minute phone call, very stressful and has put me off using them again.

While seeking advice in the Bath store alongside purchasing the chosen bedlinen on line I have been so very impressed by the level of customer service. The items received are as hoped, beautifully made and an absolute dream to sleep in. Will continue to purchase my linen for here.

I ordered the king size merino firm pillow - it has been a life saver for my neck issues and post spinal surgery.

Piglet in Bed has amazing customer service after I had some questions about my delivery, super helpful, caring and friendly. Their products are so beautiful and are incredible quality. I am thrilled to have found a brand that uses such lovely non toxic materials with stunning designs!

After reading all the positive reviews I am disappointed with the quality of the linen blend fitted sheet. There is pilling and some bobbly parts before I've even washed it. The colours are lovely but I won't be purchasing anything further as I don't think the quality reflects the price.

I have to start off saying the only bedding I’ve used for the last 6/7 years is Piglet in Bed, in the master and guest bedrooms and I love the designs and mix and match element. However 2 of the kingsize fitted sheets have worn holes through, huge, massive holes which is beyond disappointing given the price of them and considering both were less than 2 years old at the time. Linen should last for way longer than 2 years especially when they are rotated, not used every week. I absolutely love their products but can’t risk buying them and the same thing happening again

I received excellent customer service in the Piglet in Bath shop. As a new customer, the linen and linen mixes were explained, along with advice on how to style a bed with different colours and patterns. The Bath assistant was friendly and the shop felt relaxed, not 'sales-y'. They could answer all my questions and were clearly knowledgeable about the company. I bought a very pretty pillowcase set (linen mix) which I love and have now been sending photos to friends. I am so pleased with my bedding and am now definitely going to buy more.

I should have read the reviews before ordering. I placed an order — for which PiB took the money the very next day. Fast forward, and still no order. The Shop app is vague and neither PiG or Shop provide any updates as to how the order is progressing. They failed to respond to email and so forget any customer support. PiB have goven me no optiom but to raise this as a dosputr with the bank to retrieve my money.
I would advise anyone considering ordering for PiB — don't! Go to one of the many other reputable bedding companies who will honour the delivery. This bunch of thieves do not.

Edit: order arrived but it was incorrect. I did message PiB and got a reply the very next day apologising for the incorrect item and issuing me a full refund and an e-gift card, as way of apology. Therefore, I have increased my rating to reflect their prompt reply and handling of the error.

First set of 100% bed Linen from Piglet in Bed and what can I say apart from WOW, the fitting is perfect, I almost didn't buy the fitted sheet because they have always annoyed me popping off the corner of the mattress, well there is no chance of that the way they have designed and made their fitted sheet, and tassels in the top corners of the duvet cover to hold your duvet in place, so I have just stitched ribbons on the corners of my duvet to tie them in to the cover, no more lost duvet heading down the cover hooray. Once fitted yesterday after work it looks so inviting I thought sod it I'm going to bed and it was only half past six, pure bliss what a nights sleep, there is just one really major problem, I didn't want to get out of bed in the morning and its quarter to six this evening and I am seriously thinking about getting into bed. Thank you Piglet in Bed, you pay for what you get in life and I got quality in every manner, I am already on the website choosing the colour combos I want to get for the next set, strips I think. If anyone is looking to buy these products but are thinking it's quite expensive all I can say its worth every penny for this five star Piglet.

I've slowly been transitioning all of our bedding to Piglet In Bed! It's quality fabric, long-lasting, and sleeps the perfect temperature. The company's customer service is also top-notch, with quick response times and helpful resolutions.

Edited from previous review below. Piglet in bed did eventually contact me back, by which point the towels were out of stock. They refunded me for the faulty towel and then managed to source a replacement bath sheet. So great service in the end, thank you.

I ordered a bundle of towels based on my friends glowing recommendations. On arrival, one of the bath sheets has a big pull in the fabric on the corner where it was folded. Piglet in bed haven't responded to my emails, and I am stuck with a faulty product out of the bundle, with no reply if the bath sheet can be replaced? No number to call and automated email response is not answered, despite branding themselves as a luxury brand. I would not order from this company again.

I started with towels ( best I have ever bought) and now the brushed cotton duvet and sheet! Wow the best linen I have bought. Thankyou so much I am addicted now!
