Hi so I received a voucher last Christmas and put it in a drawer and totally forgot about it I assumed the voucher was valid for a year but it was only for 6months rang the hotel a couple of months ago they couldn’t help and told me to email pigs back which I did but did not receive an answer and also rang them but still no joy just so disappointed ☹️

I often purchased items on pigsback and even bought vouchers for my older daughters for christmas 2023 as i thought it gives a lot of categories which they can spend the vouchers on.
My daughter tried to use her voucher this week and it seem to have changed to hotels only. I emailed pigsback as there was no email informing of the change and if I wanted a hotel voucher i would have purchased that.
I NEVER dealt with anyone as ignorant and rude as Markus from pigsback. He told me that email was send mid april of the change to all account holders ( on board.ie you can see that this is not true as there is a discussion about this ) and ' there was enough time to use the voucher to make a purchase after it was giftet in December 2023' 'As mentioned before the voucher can not be refunded'
the voucher is valid until 2028... so we didnt think there was any rush to use it.

Pigsback customer service is excellent. I made a hotel booking before Christmas for March which unfortunately I needed to cancel. I emailed and explained my situation and Courtney came back to me within a couple of hours with the offer of a full refund. A very pleasant surprise I would definitely use them again.

We had a difficulty requiring us to cancel our hotel reservation. Empathy was shown to us, very promptly, accommodating a refund or transfer of booking without any problem. The difficulty was overcome, we renewed the booking, but the manner in which we were treated was professional and encouraging to use the service again.

I had bought an item from one of pigsback deals. The item did not arrive even though money had left account and the company had sent emails to tell me sent. I had contacted the company directly .. no joy. Contacted pigsback and result ..refunded. I would recommend pigsback .. Good customer service.
