I inadvertently used the wrong number on my voucher the same day it was due to expire. I explained my dilemma and without hesitation, Rose-Ann kindly extended my voucher for a further 90 days. I thought this was a most generous gesture for which I am very grateful.

I had an item that was being continually delayed, so cancelled order and requested refund.

There is no unsubscribe on Pigsback adverts so be very careful because they pester you every day. I can not find a unsubscribe from Pigsback on there page, this not correct advertising to me it's harassment.
It started on 15/09/2023 when I took up a offer, they still keep coming, I have sent complaints but they still keep coming.

I recently purchased a large Beanbag as a gift for an adult. I was disappointed as there was very little filling in it and it would not be suitable for an adult. It would cost too much to return. The pictures are misleading showing the beanbags much fuller. It's probably the first item from your Pigsback website that I'm disappointed with.

Customer service was excellent. I emailed regarding a coupon code & received a prompt reply within 24 hours. Courtney from customer service was great & checked in again with me a few days later to make sure I had no issues with my purchase. Product arrived and it is amazing quality.

Recently purchase the EMO XL from a company Loveyourbeanbag . The beanbag arrived and it was absolutely shocking quality and very little filling in it , I sat on it in my sitting room and hurt my tail bone as there was so little filling in it it felt like sitting on the floor ! I contacted the company asking how I return and get a refund and also asking that they cover postage return costs and i received an email stating that the return would cost me 30 euro and asking if I wished to proceed!! The beanbag cost 50 with 10 delivery so 30 euro to pay for postage is unacceptable . This loveyourbeanbag website is so disappointing and I would never buy from them again !! Save your money !!

I purchased tickets for horse show. Unfortunately I have not received. They show redeemed. Can’t access them. I have sent mails requesting help. But no response to date. Meant to be going on Sunday. Very disappointed!!!
