Super quick response to a return query. Very helpful when liaising between myself and the company where the item was purchased through, if it wasn’t for a pigsback customer service rep I would never have received a reply as DM logistics are a disgrace. Pigsback we’re Super efficient and resolved my query with ease and without hassle. Would 100% recommend. I have always shopped here without any issues products and services are amazing. Would recommend.

Absolutely no customer service no contact number trying to contact using the email address and no reply.
I have been trying to book my hotel stay for tonight as my voucher expires 28th Feb. Availability was showing and suddenly the chosen dates were unavailable however when I contacted the hotel they have numerous rooms available for tonight for this offer despite me not being able to book it through the pigsback link. This makes absolutely no sense to me while there are rooms available very typical you no longer can book despite rooms being available. I can't even use my voucher and will end up repurchasing. Still waiting to hear back absolutely ridiculous service. Dont purchase!!
