An item I purchased was damaged and when I tried to contact seller I got no response, I hot in touch with pigs back customers service and it was sorted. The prompt reply and the help I received from a lady called Courtney with this issue. She was very helpful and got it sorted and I received my refund.

Ordered an item, estimated delivery 2nd to the 7th of December 2022. The seller takes a couple of day to reply and they keep telling me I will receive it with no details of tracking. It was sent 2nd class post even though I paid shipping. I am not finding the service great. Its taking 2-3 days to answer the customer service email but 1 hour to answer this review. I just need an honest update on your system. Please and thank you.

Ordered a sideboard which was meant to be here between the 3rd and 6th December. Still nothing. When tracking the parcel it hadn't updated in 5 days and when it finally did, it was in the depot for 2 days before it was tagged as damaged. Now I need to what god knows how long just to find out if I'll be getting this or not. Contacted pigsback last night to request refund as I want go purchase elsewhere but no response yet. This is now the second bad experience over the past couple of months. After this i will never use pigsback again or recommend to anyone.

Very unreliable service. We ordered an item that said delivery in 4 days, once once purchased we received confirmation of this again. Nearly 1 month later no item received, when we contacted pigsback, we were told that due to the time of year it should be with us within a few days, no follow up to confirm this was the case and still no Item received.

Bought a xl egg chair from AKH CONCEPTS LTD . Which fell apart .. rattan is mearly
black tape that unravelled and that main bar bent and rusted into granite patio which left a stain. Even though it is massive and the weight wasnt exceeded by a lot.. it still broke. Was told it is really a one person chair not two.. even though it is clearly a double egg chair from picture.Advertised as xl not double so be aware of this when purchasing as there is no comeback. This is the response to my complaint from the supplier , bare in mind no packing list Arive with chair. Chair came in parts wrapped in plastic ,no box or any note to say not a 2 person chair as stated in the suppliers response below. I couldn't leave honest review on pigsback as they do not print it.

The packing list you received with your egg-chair clearly states this product is designed to accommodate one person at a time. Although the maximum weight may not have been reached, it is a proportionate weight for even distribution.
