Return are made impossible to handle
Be aware that they work on commission or sell some products themselves. For the items which are sold by other sellers on pigu.lt - dont expect anything smooth with the invoice, they might be VAT eligible, you need to check it yourself, if you didnt then its your fault.
Another thing is with returns, today the return product button is innactive for example. I have bought a bunch of batteries, 10% doesnt work, and I can't even return them. They do everything to make things as complicated as possible so you couldn't return or complain.
Never had any issues
Never had any issues. However look elsewhere to see if it's cheaper before buying. Some things are very overpriced, some things are cheapest here.

Honestly love it
Honestly love it, they give big ahh sales, i got the new rexy lego car for only 115euros, and in general they don’t seem to be the people who scam you, especially when they have a physical store. No complaints
Not worth even 1 star
Can't even give a 1 start unfortunately. This is the worst company in the world. We as a seller got scammed out thousands of euros by this company(I assure you this is not a mistake). Thousands is the correct amount. They cancel the orders even though they have been shipped out and tracking information provided. Their system is full of bugs. An absolute disgrace. Stay away as far as you can.
No product, no review transparency, no responsability for mistakes
I purchased RAM at a time when prices were still low, fully aware that prices were likely to increase.
More than a month later, and only three days after the originally scheduled delivery date, I received an email stating that the product would not be delivered. No compensation was offered — only a refund.
As a result, I was forced to look for the same product again, but by then market prices had increased by nearly 100%. This could have been avoided with earlier communication or proper stock management.
I also left a review on the company’s own website, however it appears that negative feedback there is moderated or filtered, which limits transparency for future customers.
Geeeeedaaa
Awfull!!!!
Deeply unethical company
Pigu.lt reportedly dismisses employees for even discussing unionisation. Any organisation that reacts this way to collective organising is signalling serious problems in how it treats its workforce.
This behaviour reflects a culture built on fear rather than professionalism. Trustworthy companies address concerns through dialogue and lawful processes, they do not punish employees for discussing their rights. Retaliation of this kind undermines any claims of integrity this corporation could have.
A business that relies on silencing employees instead of addressing concerns does not deserve trust. If it cannot operate without intimidation, it should not be trusted with user data or money. Avoid.

Shopping in pigu from 2016
I reguraly shop at pigu.lt from 2016 (and I am a VIP customer as I mostly shop there). In these years there have been some cases that didint satisfy me at the moment, but in general the problem was always resolved in my favor. I hope it stays the same way :) I think it doesnt deserve so muth negative reviews, but I think the problem is that when people are upset they leave a bad reciew, and when people are happy with their purchase or no problem occurred they just skip this step.
Customer servise always explains everything just ask.
Most cons are that some items have very poor description. Or prices are writen by mistake (unlogically high prices). Someone should monitor that.
Pigu is not like a shop where you just buy, its also like amazon, one place where other shops sell as well.
So in my regular 10 year experience, I can say that pigu is 9/10 in general.
Last time I've been there to pick up my order was 2 days ago, and I will always choose this shop untill prices there are lower.

Replica/Counterfeit/Fakes
I strongly advise against shopping at Pigu.lt. This company appears to operate as a dropshipping business (working with chinese, japanese sellers/vendors) that sells counterfeit or replica products of well-known brands such as Nike, Jordan, Salomon, Maison Margiela, and others.
Nowhere on their website do they clearly state that the items are not authentic, which is not only misleading but likely illegal under consumer protection and trademark laws. Customers are led to believe they are buying genuine products, only to receive low quality replicas.
Don't be fooled by the attractive prices, what you save upfront could cost you in quality, durability, and potential legal issues when buying fakes. It's incredibly disappointing that a major Lithuanian retailer engages in such deceptive practices.
