Every year I receive an email saying my insurance has expired. I don't get a notification asking me if I want to renew (I have checked my junk folder too).
I would like to be reminded to renew, so that I don't have a lapse in cover and don't have to waste time reapplying for cover. Surely this can be automated? It means you're more likely to keep my business too...

I did a quote on line someone got back to me straight away....I then decided to go with Pikl and phoned them this morning and everything I needed to Insure they did and within an hour all sorted... I thought some of the questions were ambiguous and had to ring for clarification when arranging separate host insurance. It was not very clear and open to interpretation.
