Not bad, but could be better
Every year I receive an email saying my insurance has expired. I don't get a notification asking me if I want to renew (I have checked my junk folder too).
I would like to be reminded to renew, so that I don't have a lapse in cover and don't have to waste time reapplying for cover. Surely this can be automated? It means you're more likely to keep my business too...

Just what I needed...
It seemed too good to be true when I first came across Pikl insurance. I've been paying 4x as much for the last 4 years. I'm glad that someone has finally come up with a product for this niche market. Dan answered my questions on the telephone and the queries I rose online were answered within minutes.

Very professional and helpful
I did a quote on line someone got back to me straight away....I then decided to go with Pikl and phoned them this morning and everything I needed to Insure they did and within an hour all sorted... Getting Insurance I find very stressful....but with these nothing was stressful...Thank you Rebecca for your professional help...
