did not reduce my snoring
I've been using the pillow for several months now and it hasn't reduced or eliminated my snoring at all. I'm sure it probably works for some people but not all. It's a nice pillow and comfortable so I'll continue using it but I think buyer beware it might not work for you

I am usually very picky with beddings especially when it comes to pillows. But with this pillow i ordered, I have been having very good sleep and my neck feels very good, instead of stiff (which usually happens with a lot of pillows). 100% recommended

Horrible customer service
I bought two pillows, one for me, and one for my husband. When it arrived, I only opened up one pillow and tried it for a few days. I was not comfortable, it did not improve my sleep, my snoring, or my neck ache. I then had my husband try it and he was not impressed either. I have contacted customer service four different times and they have refused to give me directions on how to return it. Every time they reply it’s only to give me a discount. I am thoroughly disappointed. I would not recommend this to anyone.

Refunds and returns are not straight forward!
I ordered a neck pillow after a recommendation from a family member. It took such a long time to come but I half expected it. When it came I used for two nights and it had increased my pain massively. I emailed for a refund and was given advice to help the pillow work for me. (remove 25% of the filling, massage the pillow blah blah blah). For the cost of the pillow I didn't really want to be faffing around with it but I did. I tried this for another 7 nights. Still an INCREASE in pain rather than reduction. I am well aware what doesn't work for me may still work for another so didn't want to mark the company down for the product itself. However my correspondence with the company since then, trying to get a refund has been infuriating. First they offered me 50% in store credit instead of refund, I said no, then they offered 75% credit, I refused, then 100% store credits, I refused now were up to 125% store credit and again I have refused! I paid £54 for the pillow and all I want is a refund. Really frustrating company.

The anti snoring pillow is very comfortable but does not help with my snoring.
The anti snoring pillow is very comfortable for both back and side sleeping. I only gave it 3 stars because it did nothing for my snoring. I have sleep apnea and was hoping the pillow would help because I can't find a CPAP mask that fits my tiny chin. I'll keep using it for comfort though. It does reduce neck pain.
