Pillow Haven is one of the worse…

Pillow Haven is one of the worse consumer experiences I have ever had. I ordered a pillow as a Christmas gift on December 6, 2025 and the item was not delivered until January 4, 2026. This was after I sent many, many emails to which the company delayed and deflected from my request for a refund. The company first offered a refund of 10%. and I declined. They then offered various increasing merchandise credits starting from 25% to 125%. Each time I rejected their merchandise credit offers and asked for a refund. They finally offered a 25% refund of the amount I paid. A very small offer for a ruined gift and the amount of time I have spent responding to their delay emails which is outrageous. This company is fraudulent in its shipping fulfillment and should be shut down. Also, the pillow, when received smelled so bad that its not clear if it will ever be useable. They also don't let you know an overseas charge will occur with purchases to my knowledge. They seem to have a rapid email reply to every email feigning how sorry they are for the delays, but in the end, this company does not deliver as promised in any sense! DO NOT BUY FROM PILLOWHAVEN UNLESS YOU WANT TO SPEND A LOT OF TIME TRYING TO TRACK DOWN YOUR ORDER AND GET A USEABLE PRODUCT IN MY EXPERIENCE,

We are genuinely sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations. We understand how disappointing it is when a gift arrives later than planned, especially during the holiday season.

Your order was placed in early December and, unfortunately, experienced a delay due to exceptional carrier congestion during the Christmas period. This resulted in delivery in early January. Throughout this time, we remained in contact via email and offered multiple solutions, including compensation options and partial refunds.

Regarding your mention of an “overseas charge”, we would like to clarify that we do not charge any overseas or hidden fees. All pricing and costs are clearly displayed at checkout. If this happened, which has never happened before to any of our customers, ofcourse we will refund you for this. Please send us this receipt and we will check is this is related to our order and if so, refund you for that .

We are also sorry to hear that you were dissatisfied with the product upon arrival. If there was a defect or odor issue, we would have gladly investigated and resolved this had it been reported to us.

We take all customer feedback seriously and use it to improve our logistics and communication processes. If you would still like to reach out to us directly, we remain open to resolving this matter in a fair and constructive way.

I hug my pillow when i sleep which…

I hug my pillow when i sleep which usually ruins support. Somehow this still works. My head stays aligned without feeling locked in. rare for me.

Since I received this pillow my…

Since I received this pillow my sleeping pattern has been much better. I do not wake up do much in the night, so wake up feeling more refreshed. My pain is not so bad either

Overall a positive experience

I like the pillow for comfort and it does help me to sleep better but unfortunately it hasn't stopped my snoring.

Sleeping deeper now

I’ve struggled with neck stiffness for months now and waking up was painful every single morning. After my sister recommended this pillow, I decided to give it a try. I had a quick question before ordering and customer support was super helpful and responded fast, which gave me confidence. Within the first few days of using the pillow, I already felt a difference. I wake up with less stiffness and much better comfort overall.

Pillow not as advertised

Bought two pillows from them and they weren't as high as advertised so I ended up receiving a 50% refund and kept the pillows in lieu of returning as I would have been in the hook for shipping. Great customer service, I just wish the pillows were better.

No product ever delivered. Well-organized ripoff machine.

No product ever delivered. All I got from the company was delay and misdirection. Avoid. They are a ripoff machine. I had to lodge a credit card protest to get my refund. They were never anything but uncooperative until I made the CC protest. Then they entered a duplicate refund only after I received my refund from the credit card company. As if that made a difference. They contributed nothing to the refund process and I strongly suspect they only issued a redundant refund so they could reply to reviews saying they refunded my payment. They are seeking to discredit legit negative reviews. I am surprised to see any positive reviews and find those to be suspect given my horrible experience. Avoid.

In my experience - AVOID! Absolutely one of the worst…

Absolutely one of the worst experiences. Aside from delivery taking almost a month, this product is garbage in my opinion. Asking for help, you get excuses and mis-directions. It finally gets here and its so flat - only a small child would find support. Had more neck pain in trying to use it than before it arrived. So I asked to return it for a refund - they offered 20%. WHAT? I don't want to keep it, I want to return it for that 100% satisfaction it appears you lie about. We settled on 50%. I'm not happy X's 2. AWFUL - AVOID. They do owe me 10% more refund now, as I'm writing this review - per your offer!

I am posting again because I said I would do so if my refund was received without problem. I was concerned about other reviewers reporting issues with refunds. I returned the pillow and case according to company instructions and have now received a full refund.

I was sorry to learn that the company was using video of a popular nurse influencer disingenuously and without permission. The nurse was promoting a pillow from a different company in her video. For that reason I can't give full stars. But the refund process went well.

Pillow is rubbish and they will not give a UK address to return or a refund. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Will not accept valid return request. Pillow has not been used waited over a month for order to arrive. Now have stupid offer of 20% refund - a ploy often used by substandard chinese companies. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They are not honourable to deal with.
No where on their web site does it say company in USA and it does not state on their return policy $25 to return. I would never have brought if it did.

This reply is rubbish, they talk in riddles. It is quite clear i have not used the pillow or pillow case and wish to return and have my money refunded. Not 20% or 30% - all of it. Will wait for my credit card provider to get refund for me they agree that I have grounds to ask for refund as goods not as described and have not been used.

Now have demand for $25 dollars to ship pillow to USA. Will not pay £25 dollars when would cost me £3 to ship in UK. Pillow is hard and uncomfortable and does not work. No good for side sleepers. These guys are crooks DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
