Absolute scam DO NOT BUY

Absolute scam DO NOT BUY. It took 20+ days to get here, just to be cheap crap with a putrid chemical smell. I tried to cancel before I even got it, and they wouldn’t let me stating that they would give a full refund for return once delivered. They lied and offered 20% refund after it was delivered citing it was “simplest and easiest that way” since it’s “too hard to return”. This confirms my suspicion of a scam, AI, or some Chinese shell company. I should’ve done further research. On top of that the pillow is stiff and uncomfortable. Go with coop sleep or another reputable brand instead. Anyone else!

Update 1/4/26: The company said they can do 30% refund, or 100% "but we're going to take $25 for the shipping label". Okay, so that's not 100%, and shipping labels are not $25. Bottom line, they are just going to steal your money, and you're left with a crappy, dense, low-quality foam. I washed the cover, and now it won't fit. I wish I were making this up, I am astounded at how bad one product can be. I am sleep-deprived, and they are taking advantage of that. In contrast, I did receive my Coop pillow with plush, individually wrapped pieces of foam, plus an extra roll of foam to prevent it from flattening, so you can still keep your pillow. No ridiculous refund policy; in fact, they offer a 100-day satisfaction guarantee, a 5-year warranty, and a free sleep consultation for only a little more than the terrible Pillow Haven. So completely and utterly disappointed, but my experience with Coop has been night and day. I slept so well last night on the Coop pillow that I was surprised when I woke up feeling refreshed. Posting here so no one else is taken advantage of like I was!

To clarify a few important points: we are a US-registered company (details are on our website) with US-based customer support, and US based warehouses and US based return adress and we do not operate as a shell or scam business. Thousands of customers sleep comfortably with our pillows every night, and we take feedback like yours very seriously.

Regarding the delivery time: some orders have had extreme delays in December in UK, US and Canada. We apologize for that.

About the initial smell: memory foam products can have a temporary factory odor when first unpacked. This is harmless and typically dissipates within 24–72 hours after airing out.


That said, we understand this can be unpleasant and are sorry it affected your first impression.

Concerning the refund: our policy allows for a full refund upon return once the product is delivered. In some cases, customers choose a partial refund as a faster alternative when a return is not preferred, this option is offered, never forced.

If this was not communicated clearly, we sincerely apologize.

To thick, too hard and not risk free

Unfortunately the side intended to support the neck in every position is much too thick and forces my head into an unnatural angle. The other side is a good thickness but the rigidity of the divit keeping your head exactly in one place rather than being able to roll a bit, caused neck pain. The pillow is also quite hard. The cover it comes with also pills very quickly. I have asked for a full refund but they are telling me that I have to pay for the shipping cost. That is not risk free trial and I would also say that according to their policies, the product is defective in that it didn't work to their claims.

Love my pillow

I need another one now

I just bought one pillow for my husband because he's been complaining of neck and back pain for ages - and he snores. The pillow was so good that I'm going to get one for myself. The height and fit are perfect. I've used his pillow and had the best night's sleep I've had in a LONG while. Highly recommend.

Very disappointed

Very disappointed. I ordered a pillow on 11/3/2025. It's now 12/28/2025 and I haven't received my pillow. I've exchanged emails with Customer Support several times during this timeframe. Needless to say, their minimal efforts to help have resulted in no pillow. At this point I just want my money back. I cannot recommend doing business with Pillow Haven.

I have my pillow for several months…

I have my pillow for several months now. I love the feel of the pillow, however, the space of the curve seems to narrow. I move a lot due sleep due to chronic pain and I find that I sometimes end up sleeping on the higher part of the pillow which causes numbness in my arm. Still trying to adjust to it.

I have slept on the pillow 2 nights, and so I am liking it.
I took sick, had to change back so I could raise my bed. I would like to put a pillow sham on it.
So I can get best use out of it.

Buyer beware

I have trialed this pillow since it's delivery. I have found the pillow too hard and too flat. The picture on the website must showcase a different pillow entirely. The pillow i received was much flatter and smaller than appears in the photos. An acquaintance of mine purchased the pillow around the same time as me, and has had almost identical issues. Nonetheless, I did use this pillow nightly. My sleep since that is unrestfull, I wake up more often than previously. I awake with worsening neck pain and headaches as the days go by. In the last 3 days I have went back to my old pillow, and my headaches are gone, and my sleep has improved.
I feel this pillow did not meet the expectations described in the ads.

Reached out via email for refund, still awaiting a reply.

If you want your products quickly, don't order from this company

I have no idea what the products I ordered are like because I have still not received them despite placing my order 11 days ago. The products were Christmas presents but will now arrive some time after Christmas. I contacted customer services but was not happy with their responses

Took forever to receive

I can't say that I will ever make another purchase due to the lack of being able to actually get a response to repeated attempts to make contact through email. Not sure about the choice of shipping carriers and the fact that it took 5 days to travel 140 miles. Will also mention that the packing envelope was damaged and had several cuts but surprisingly nothing inside was damaged in anyway. Will have to see if the pillow is as good as claims to be.

I ordered my pillow on Nov28,2025 now Dec 23rd , never arrived. Customer service promise to make good before Christmas, never came through. It was to be a gift. I now have denied payment with my Credit Card. I suggest this company has a well organized rip off program. You'll never see you product.

Worth it

Though my order took weeks to arrive it has made a difference. I'm not snuffling or gasping myself awake, and as a front sleeper these pillows are comfortable once you adapt to the new position of your head.
