Size matters.
Hi, I’ve had my pillow for sometime now and have had a good chance to test it .
I think the pillow design is good. I just feel that you might need to have different sizes of pillows for different sizes of people I feel the pillow that I received is just a little too small to work how it needs to for myself.
I feel a pillow half again as big to twice as big would work better for me.

Company is a scam
I ordered 2 pillows and received 2 pillow cases. Not really useful without the pillows!!
When I tried to contact the Company to resolve the issue I found out the phone number listed is not in service. I sent multiple emails to customer service and not one message has been answered despite the website saying someone will get back to you in 1 to 2 hours.

I find it great for sleeping on my side…
I find it great for sleeping on my side but not so good on my back.
I had been sleeping with no pillow when on my back and find that comfortable, but when I turn onto my side I had to stick a little pillow under my head and neck.
I find your pillow keeps my head tilted forward too much when on my back. I wish the head area was thinner to let my head drop more.
I do like your pillow better than regular pillows though.

Amazing Pillow
This pillow has been an absolute game changer, I switch between sleeping on my stomach, side and back and since getting this pillow I have gotten some of the best sleep ever.
I no longer snore so badly and no longer wake up with a dry throat/nose anymore.
I definitely feel my neck and back has been adjusted by this pillow to the point when I sleep on my side I no longer feel such bad pain in my knees.
I am seriously glad I bought this pillow and I think the wife loves that I am no longer snoring so loudly.

Relief from years of pain & stiffness
I have suffered with neck and shoulder pain for many years following a car crash. I have had every kind of treatment, therapies etc pain relief medication although they gave me some relief it never truly helped stop the pain and stiffness in my neck and shoulders...nothing really helped ... I decided that I had nothing to lose so gave the pillow a try and with the money back guarantee there was nothing to lose ...... WOW !... this was truly unbelievable..... I don't write reviews because I think a lot of them are just not true..... but I can honestly say this pillow has not only eased the pain in my neck and shoulders I have also got some movement back in my neck that I could not get from my physio treatment that I have been having for years.
When I get in bed it is like someone has put their arm under my neck and is gently supporting it .... it's fab!
I have to say it did take a while to get used to it but it was well worth the patience getting used to it.... I could not sleep on anything else now.... I have persuaded a few of my friends to try it and I have also got my partner a pillow and he sleeps much better and ... less snoring .....

Ordering was simple and effective. Tracking the shipment was clear and consistent. The hype was real. Once i found the sweet spot, my comfort level during sleep was pleasant, and upon waking, felt GREAT, despite having just suffered a neck sprain several days prior.

Need photo instructions ,dumb refund process
I purchased a pair of these pillows for the special deal, hoping my husband and I would love them. Also purchased a pair of pillowcases as I don't like sleeping on "bare" pillows due to the extra hassle in cleaning.
I only opened one pillow and one pillowcase so I could try them out. The pillowcase is identical to the form fitting case that snaps onto the pillow (didn't realize that is what they considered a pillowcase). So I will be returning the pillowcases.
I have been using the pillow for over a month now. My neck has been painful since a car accident about 5 years ago and I used a chiropractic pillow since shortly after the accident. Being a side and back sleeper, it's hard to find a comfortable position using 1 pillow for my head, but I figured it out with my old chiropractic pillow. With the Pillow Haven pillow, side sleeping has been mostly a dream. It puts my arm in a very comfortable, natural position, relieving pressure on my shoulder. However sometimes I need to sleep on my back due to neck issues. The pillow seems to put my head in a forward tilting position instead of a neutral position. The main way to help with this is raising my arms in a surrender position on the pillow, but this isn't sustainable for long, and I end up pulling out my old chiropractic pillow. My husband tried my pillow and said he didn't like it, so I'll be returning the pillowcases and second pillow (which is still shrinkwrapped).
I wish there were instructions/photos of the positioning of the head and arms on the pillow in back/sidelying/stomach sleeping positions instead of trial and error, both on the website and on a paper with the pillow.
Update: Reduced to 3 stars for weird refund process. When I requested a refund for 1 of the pillows I hadn't opened yet, as well as the 2 pillowcases (well within the 60 days trial period) I received an offer of a 30% refund and as a "gift" to me, I could keep the pillows and pillowcases. No thank you. More to come and an adjustment of amount of stars dependinghow this plays out.
