Reduce neck pain, sleep better.
I bought this pillow as I have pain in my neck and shoulder. Have to say I was sceptical but after using it for a week now, my neck pain is much better and I’m sleeping better. The first night was a bit up and down as you do have to get used to the unusual shape. Once I’d got used to it I found I was sleeping so much better, rather than having bouts of being awake I’m sleeping straight through till morning. All in all I am very pleased with my purchase.

I would love to review this product but…
I would love to review this product but as of now I still have not received my order which I placed on November 28, it seems there was an error somewhere so here I am still no items to review, I am very disappointed as my physical therapist had suggested this to help with my pain. Works as advertised
I have to sleep on my side as to not snore and this pillow does keep my neck aligned properly. It'd not hot and does feel comfortable.

Pleased with Purchase
Was reluctant to purchase a new pillow because change for me is hard! After reading reviews, my interest was peaked as I have been experiencing body pains, especially neck and shoulder pain after a night’s sleep.

Neck pain was worse
After two weeks of sleeping on this pillow my neck hurt worse than it ever has. I kept trying to stick it out and it just kept getting worse. I could barely lift my neck off the pillow by the end, and I’m a healthy active 35 year old. They also make it very hard to return. Even if I still had the original packaging, I have no idea how I would get the pillow back in there since it was in a shrink-wrap type packaging and expanded in size once removed from the packaging.

I found the pillow very uncomfortable…
I found the pillow very uncomfortable and too firm. My ear became incredibly sore after two weeks of using it. Would return it, but it will cost me $45 to do so. My husband likes his well enough, but he is still snoring.

Was skeptical but now happy to have made purchase
I was skeptical about buying something on line but was desperate to try something new to ease my neck tension. Once ordered tracking updates were great and I received pillow in good time. It was shrink wrapped but puffed to shape pretty much immediately. Been using for about two weeks now and it has really helped my neck pain and tension headaches. It does take some getting used to as it makes you sleep in a different position than you may be used to. I do wake up to adjust myself in middle of night but all in all I am happy with my purchase and it was recommended by my chiropractor,

BEST PILLOW FOR SIDE SLEEPERS
This is a great pillow for side and stomach sleepers! The support for my neck and the position I put my arms in are spot on. I just wish it came in different sizes…I’m 5’3” and 130lbs, so the pillow is a little too thick for stomach sleeping. By far, still the best pillow I’ve ever tried.

The company was good in communicating about the delivery so that's good! Not sure on the pillow yet but maybe getting used to it. In the pictures it shows the pillow being able to be used both sides but in reality it is only the one side so you are stuck with the height as it is. It is early days so still using it!

Pillow Haven - I would not call this pillow a Havem of anything.
I’m not sure how the word “Haven” applies to a pillow that feels like sleeping on bricks from the depths of hell.
I initially purchased this pillow after being misled by a fake promotional video using an influencer named Jen Hamilton whom I follow. The video made it appear as though she personally used and loved the pillow, claiming it significantly improved her neck pain and sleep. Based on that endorsement—and given that I struggle with chronic insomnia along with neck, shoulder, and back pain—I decided to take a chance. As a nurse, I didn’t think an investment of under $50 was unreasonable if it truly helped with sleep and pain.
From the start, communication was lacking. I received minimal order updates. The delivery itself was strange: an unmarked driver pulled into my driveway, handed me a rolled-up package, and asked if I was the recipient. I felt like I was in the middle of a sting operation. The package had a foreign return address and no branding. The only indication it was from Pillow Haven was a very generic plastic bag stamped with the name.
The pillow itself looked cheap—something you’d expect from Wish pretending to be Temu, not a product advertised as premium. It honestly felt like a pillow worth maybe $5, not the $50 I paid.
There were no instructions included, so I followed the vague guidance on the website. I laid down hoping for blissful sleep that was promised, that was my mistake. About an hour later, I woke up with severe neck and shoulder pain and a pounding headache. I promptly removed the pillow and threw it across the room, where it now presumably resides—either in a corner of my room or the black hole of hell where it belongs.
I would not recommend this pillow to anyone. I strongly advise caution when purchasing products promoted by influencers, especially in an era where AI-generated marketing and fake endorsements are becoming increasingly common.
For anyone curious, and wants to try it, you can find nearly identical pillows for much cheaper doing a simple internet search , however that’s only if you’re into sleep deprivation or experimental torture.
