Eliminates snoring completely
I honestly was a bit surprised that the pillow wasn’t bigger. I used it for three weeks and I am definitely sleeping better. I have almost stopped snoring completely. I feel like it is best suited to back sleeping although I am more comfortable than before while side sleeping. Worth the money for sure but I wish it was about 30-50% larger.

I’m still getting used to it
I’m still getting used to it, it’s quite firm compared to what I’m used to. But it does seem to help my neck and trapezius pain.

Stayed in a hotel over the weekend without my pillow and even high quality conventional pillows kinda suck now. Just wish pillowcase options were available.

Helps with my snoring and CPAP use
I bought this pillow about a month ago. I have severe sleep apnea and have really been struggling with my CPAP. I would toss and turn and rip it off after an hour. I tried this pillow. At first I found it a little firm on my head probably from the CPAP strap, but after a few nights it's been working. I am able to stay on my back longer without tossing all night and I'm getting a solid 5 hours keeping my mask on. My wife also says, even if I do take off the mask I'm not snoring nearly as much.
