Total scam. Nothing arrives. E mail says product on its way but no replies to my e mails. Fraudsters, need to be eliminated, thieving scum.

never received the product I ordered even though I have spent money for it and No reply to my email, just a big scam. Never buy from them

Spent a lot of money and have never received my products. No reply to my emails just one big fat scam. Don't buy from them everyone ever.

Wish I had read these reviews before ordering. Been well over a month and pillow has never arrived. Emailed customer service and no response. Fake and scam. Spent 150 dollars on an item I've never received. Lesson learned!

Total scam! $149 out of pocket, ordered on 22/12/24 & still haven't received anything, sent emails but no response! Thought this was a legit site so I've finally been scammed for the first time, lesson to always check reviews prior to purchase

Received products but they were in fact from China, so I can verify it was a case of drop shipping. Were not happy with product so wanted to get a refund under the "30-day money-back guarantee" they advertise. No response to emails.

As per the previous reviews, stick clear of this company.

Total scam, I ordered a massage mat early December and never received it, numerous emails and no response so I am $350.00 out of pocket

Wish I had seen these reviews before I placed an order. Like those who have previously commented, I received an email saying the product was on its way. Total BS of course and, like others, emails are not replied to.

Everything you read below is accurate. They are a scam. I'm at a loss for $150.00.

I'm usually quick with seeing dodgy, suspicious content. However pillow.co.nz domain name seemed official enough as it wouldn't be easy/cheap to obtain.

They're website is made well and seems authentic. ;/

Pillow NZ is a company out of Australia with address from Victoria.

Spent $450 on two items for Christmas presents and ordered on the 7th Dec. Was emailed saying items were ready to be shipped on the 10dec and still according to tracking number the items are still there in a factory waiting to be picked up.

Ive contacted the company to ask them to cancel my order and to also refund my payment.

The product has not been delivered, the company did not respond to emails. Ordered Nov 27th, heard nothing since. Now Dec 21st.

A scam website with fake reviews (all showing the same date of 18/11/2024 for the product I ordered) and no response to emails. Product arrived eventually, but they are just a Shopify store drop-shipping cheap goods from China. I was disappointed with the product and wanted to exercise my right of return for refund, but no response to repeated emails for the course of a week. Stay away from pillow.co.nz!

#1 pregnancy pillow.... Shipped from china, bad quality. Clearly drop shipped with a massive mark up, if you want this pillow just buy it on temu for $18 instead of $144

Send items purchased would be a good start and then answering emails, appears you are just rip off merchant.

Purchased a $250 massage mat, they confirmed my purchase on 27 Sept and then nothing. I have sent the two emails and a contact form, with no response. They are a scam, stay far away from them.
