Lack of follow though on order
Ordered three items Monday and received a confirmation. No shipping confirmation arrived. Called Wednesday to find out 1 item was on back order and the whole shipment withheld without notice. Needing my supplies which hadn’t left their business I attempted to cancel and was told I would be subject to a restock charge.
