Have used Pimp My Shirt 4 times (so far) and I am always impressed. Great customer service, communication and high quality prints. They have also helped me with any design queries I've had. The designer function on the website is really easy to use and the options are great. T-shirt variety is also excellent.

Ordered a fairly large quantity of customised long sleeve t-shirts for a work event, with branding on the front and back.

The price point was way more competitive than anywhere else online and the 'design function' was ridiculously easy to use.

After payment, I hadn't yet received a delivery date so I rang and got straight through to a really affable gent to enquire when I might expect delivery.

He knew right away about my order and was able to give an update as to where it was in relation to other jobs. He said he would hope to post it the day after the call, but I actually received confirmation that it had been sent the same day!!

The items came through this morning, well packaged and EXCELLENT quality - there was no smearing, no misprints or poor origination/alignment on any of the garments.

I have been so impressed that I will be ordering all business promo attire from these guys in the future.

I am so happy to have found Pimp my shirt online. I have used others along the years but none have come close to the service I have had here. The tshirts are a great quality. The soft type. The wash and wear great. The website is awesome. Designing a tshirt has never been so easy. Always a great selection of colours too. The communication is great too. One email to thanks it's being made. Another to say it's out for delivery. And presto it arrives. All in good time too.
I used to be a guest on line but it's much better registering with an email address.
Just to pre warm you. I love the way the tshirt turns up exactly worded as i chose. So if your spelling isnt correct when you make it it won't be correct when it arrives. This is a good thing for me but maybe not for others. All in all 5 stars from me.

I received my order earlier today and I cannot tell you how happy I am with it! The quality of the tee itself is great. I love the colour. The fit is great and the print is perfect. It feels great.

Pimp my shirt have always been great. Designing your shirt is easy, their prices are great and their customer service is super. I use them to print tshirts for my annual Halloween party and I wouldn't use anyone else.

I have used Pimp My Shirt for 3 years running now. I host a summer games every year and require 12 different designs. The online system is extremely intuitive. Prices are reasonable with free delivery.

I had one error whereby one of the designs appeared the slightly wrong colour but Martin was apologetic and sent a new shirt out right away free of charge.

I will continue to use this company over any of the others.

Reliable, great value and BETTER than any of their competitors (even the Well known brands). I have been using for the past three years a range between streetshirts, vistaprint, printful, printify, Inkthreadable and more to post over 5000 orders. I cannot fault the quality, speed, interface or anything else; it is my new replacement for Inkthreadable and the ohly website that compares is streetshirts so I use both hand in hand!

None of my customers have ever complained and they get the job done swiftly. I would love to move to them full time but I’m not sure they can handle my order volume for drop shipping, also once you create an account it doesn’t let you add multiple address’ so I have to add a new email and make anew account every time. If this could be fixed to cater to dropshippers that would be fab, but if not- I will still continue to love this site and use it!

I have used this service once or twice before and didn't experience any issues. My last order took longer than usual so I went on live chat to enquire. I had ordered some t-shirts to take with me on my travels but they hadn't arrived in time. I was going to be away for a long time so I asked for a refund since Royal Mail would automatically return the items anyway in my absence. I was going to have limited access to phones and the internet while away so wanted to get things sorted before I left. Someone called Martin who claimed to be the MD responded and I've never encountered anyone so rude and arrogant.
He never tried to understand why I was frustrated with the delay, never even tried to apologise. Instead he told me that he doesn't work for Royal Mail so it's not his problem that goods hadn't arrived. He also reminded me numerous times that he's the MD and if I'm not happy and want to complain it will come to him anyway. dreadful and unacceptable customer service!

T-shirts were of excellent quality. Best value company I could find on the internet. they arrived when they were supposed to and the communication from the company was exceptional, they were there at all times if you had any queries and were extremely helpful.
