Pinch & Fold Reviews 

I’ve had my elva piercing in my helix for just over 2 months. Some other piercings I’ve previously had in there started to give me a reaction so I decided to try pinch and folds sterling silver range. My ears have started to heal and haven’t had any more flare ups. I’m surprised as the price of my new piercing is almost the same as the piercing that i was allergic to, from a similar store. They also seem to carry a good range of designs which I’m keen on trying out.

I absolutely fell in love with their Instagram and finally convinced myself to buy some of their solid gold hoops. My daith recently healed and the new hoop I bought is everything I hoped for! I haven’t had any reactions so far and the hinge clicks securely in place. One of my fear is that I would lose it as I place netball but no issues at all.

The overall experience was very pleasant, with the online customer team being very patient in recommending me the right hope. Shipping was stress free and the jar that my hoop came in is adorable and thoughtful.

The perfect experience every time. I am my 3rd order in and am still smiling every time I receive my order.

What I’m most impressed by is their consistency in delivery the most unique and personal experience, even though it’s an online store. Shipping is super fast and communication is accurate. No hidden costs and to top it off, it was free ✌️

Deeply frustrated by this company. Yet to receive the product, and I'm confident it will arrive in a timely fashion and be if good quality. My issue is that an apparently UK based company (.co.uk website, charging in £) ships it's items from New Zealand, attracting and import fee of £48.20 on an order value of £120. This is misleading.

My bestie and I bought matching adore necklaces to celebrate our friendship and we are both in love with them. I’ve been wearing mine everyday and there are no signs of tarnishing after almost 2 months. The design is just so adorable. We engraved each other’s initials on the back to make it more special. I do recommend getting their necklace extension as the pendant sat slightly higher than my preference, but maybe that’s just me.

In terms of shipping, it was relatively fast and what I love about it most was the communication during dispatch to arrival. Also it was free!! Which is harder and harder to come by nowadays due to the increase in freight costs.

Overall I loved shopping with pinch and fold and would most definitely buy again.

I am left satisfied and beyond happy after my first order with pinch and fold. I was anxious about the quality of the earrings in real life, but so far it has been far better than I had hoped. After wearing the hypnosis huggies everyday for the past month, there is no signs of tarnishing and the stones have remained intact. My sister saw the packaging that the jewellery came in and now she wants her own personalised glass container. I am looking forward to my next order!

I’m honestly so impressed with this brand. They have so many products to choose from, it was a long and hard process of elimination as I want everything! The shipping was fast with all things (COVID) considered and the packaging it arrived in was simply stunning. The small glass jar with personalised lid is next level. The huggies I ended up buying has not come off my ears yet, love it!

Cannot fault pinch and folds outstanding service at all. I made a purchase early in the month and one of the rings I got sent was in the wrong colour. I emailed the team and got a reply within minutes. They admitted their mistake and told me they will send the right colour to me straight away and was told to keep the one I received in the wrong colour. The whole process was so smooth and resolved within literal minutes. I feel like a lot of stores need to learn to operate like this. Not the mention the rings and necklaces themselves are divine!

Just completed my 8th order with my favourite jewelry store! Amazing customer service as always. Mia spent 1 hour with me via online chat, helping me pick out my wedding and bridesmaid jewelry. She was so patient and really took the stress out of the process.

Would not recommend. Poor quality products and necklace didn't even fit around my neck. Also, check their returns policy before buying - I made that mistake! They only offer shop credit or exchange. Massively overpriced for what it is.

I’m usually reluctant to try new stores online (call me old school), but gave into temptations from Pinch & Folds Instagram posts. I’m glad I did! The experience was smooth and the products are divine. Shipping was hassle free and relatively fast considering it was free! I was kept up to date throughout and when I did have questions the online team responded almost immediately.

Happily on my 6th order, and many more to go!

As with many of my friends that have been shopping with pinch and fold for the last few years, I have found myself gravitating back to this brand. For one, their designs are so intricate and unique. Nowhere else can compare to their design range and availability of material colours. Secondly their quality is amazing. I’ve only been buying their luxe range (sterling silver and solid gold). I wear them everywhere and hardly ever take them off. The piercings haven’t tarnished at all considering this. Lastly, their customer service and the effort that goes into packing is phenomenal. As many reviews have already mentioned, the personalised jars and hand written cards… how do you not fall in love?

Okay, so I ordered 2 pieces from this company in 2021 and at first was happy with everything. I gave them a glowing review and moved on with my life. Fast forward to now and the quality of the pieces I bought are in horrible condition. My cartilage piece is green and difficult to clean, even though I've been cleaning my piercings daily. So, I've had to go back to using my other pieces from a South Asian jeweller, which are in much better quality and have never turned green.

I also bought a nose stud and when I first put it in, it kept falling out. So, I emailed them and asked how I can tighten it up to prevent it from falling out. I got told to use plyers, but was warned that the piece may break. Which was confusing to me because I recall that they claimed on their site at the time, that the stud was durable and that it could be tightened. So, clearly the quality of their pieces is not made to last at all.

I'd highly recommend shopping elsewhere and actually buy pieces that last and are durable.

My all time favourite jewellery store. From their outstanding service team to their beautiful packaging and finally their extensive range of jewellery they carry. You really cannot fault these guys at all.

My latest purchase were their magnolia hoops which I’ve been eyeing on their socials for a while. They arrived beautifully packaged as always and the earrings themselves are so fine and detailed. The online photos don’t do they justice.

Just wanted to leave a quick review to show my appreciation for Mia. She was so helpful and patient in helping me choose piercings for my ear stack. She provide professional advice and gave me a bunch for suggestions for the daith hoop. Can’t wait until my rook fully heals to buy more piercings. Protect Mia at all cost! 😋

Ordered 4 piercing pieces, 3 are lovely though two have ball backs as opposed to the flat backs I prefer, one is too long for the piercing I wanted to use it for, turns out the sterling silver version is longer than the silver plated on description which I didn’t pick up on. Return to P&F not worth it with international shipping. Some nice pieces but with environmentally damaging international shipping, hit and miss with ordering online and cost of returning unsuitable items would not use again.

Pinch and fold, by far, carry the largest range of piercings one could ever wish for. The price is super affordable for the beautiful designs and quality. Shipping took slightly longer than expected, however doesn’t take a dummy to realise that the pandemic is responsible. I’ve told all my friends about you guys too ✌️
