I’m completely in love with everything I bought from pinch and fold. They carry an expansive range labret piercings and I love how they are all available in gold, rose gold and silver. I’ve been wearing the Arcadia piercing ever since I bought it (2 months ago) with no issues at all. It sits well on my ear and easily pairs with my other piercings.
However, it’s the personal touches added to the order such as the handwritten card that really made my experience a 10/10. Will definitely be back for more.

I’ve waited 2 months for my jewelry to arrive and finally after getting it it’s turning my ear blue/green! The quality of the jewelry is pretty trash and is definitely not worth the price. Honestly, I’ve bought better quality jewelry from Amazon for a much cheaper price.

Im crazily addicted to Pinch & Fold’s delectable selection of jewelry. I love the shopping process and the thought that goes into crafting and packaging. I try to pamper myself every once in a while from them. I especially adore their unique huggie hoops that are not over the top and made with materials that don’t cause my skin to react. Would love to see a physical store from you guys in the future!

What an amazing experience, from the order process to the end product. I was amazed how many options there were for my conch piercing as Ive been desperately trying to find the perfect one. I stumbled upon pinch and fold and fell in love! I bought a sneaky few and when i received it! OH MY! The package was in my favourite holographic box and a glass jar with my personalised name on it. Beautiful conch piercing which has not given me any issues! Still wowd!

I do a lot of online shopping when it comes to jewellery and Pinch & Fold is a brand I consistently go back to. They seem to carry a good range of designs and at a very affordable price range. From my experience the quality far exceeds what I usually expect from this price point and the packaging is always a sweet touch that brings a smile to my face whenever the courier delivers my Pinch & Fold orders.

I chatted to Sharon, who was lovely, and was advised on some earrings for a curated ear combo. Within days my order arrived, with free shipping too! Not sure if I’ve ever seen so much attention put into the packaging, my order came in a beautiful glass jar with my name engraved and neatly tied in a ribbon. The earrings themselves are lovely and I get so many compliments on my curated ear ❤️

I recently treated myself to some jewellery from pinch and fold. The package arrived super fast (with the free express shipping option) and the personalization is actually next level. My beautiful piercings arrived today. They are absolutely gorgeous and the packaging, just too adorable. Shipping was so fast and communication was excellent throughout the process. My pieces are packed into a cute glass container sealed with a ribbon and my name somehow engraved onto the lid.

The helix piercings are just as pretty in real life (recommended by their online support personnel, Richelle). I just love how they sit on my ears. I wish I could attach a photo of it onto this review, it’s that good!!

Just received my new fantail piercing bar and Im so in love! Its a bit too small for my helix but fits really well in my tragus! I emailed them to see if they do longer bar. Although they currently do not have it. They are requesting one for me to be made so I can have the options of wearing it on both my helix and tragus! So helpful!

I’ve happily been a customer of pinch and folds for quite some time now. Never had a single bad experience. The quality and customer service is undeniably top notch. The shipping is fast, considering it’s also free. I’ve been seeing reviews commenting on shipping times, and to me it seems so idiotic. We are kind of in a pandemic at the moment?

I wish they could make more of their classic range of piercing in sterling silver. I wouldn’t mind paying a higher price for the upgraded quality.

Shipments to the UK take forever because they’re sent from bloody New Zealand, which isn’t made clear. Won’t be using again.

I received some gorgeous piercings for Christmas and have worn them daily! Im normally allergic to steel so have hinted my sisters to look out for some sterling silver or solid gold pieces. So far they have looked fab on my ears and have not caused any allergies! I am now looking at getting more piercings to collect their entire collection!

There’s a reason why pinch and fold is the only place I go to for earrings.

I recently added a few more huggies to my ear stack, in my all time favourite rose gold, only to find that the new earrings look just as good as the 5 month old pair also from pinch and fold. Compared to the others which I bought from my expensive labels, I was shook. For its price, the quality is a godsend.

P.s. please make some of your design in solid gold if the team from pinch and fold is reading this.

I sent them an email asking about 2 of their products and it's been over 2 weeks, i never heard back, so recently i messaged them on facebook only to realise that they read the messages but i was left on read, i messaged again on facebook but again left on read and didn't hear back.
Really put me off, think I'll shop somewhere else

Outstanding customer service team! I accidentally ordered my piercing with a barbell back (silly me) so i emailed them to assist with exchanging. They were quick to respond and also assisted me with opening the piercing. They then proceeded to send the flat back bar to me without additional fees. They genuinely care for their customers and want their customers to be satisfied with their product. To top it off, all the details. Omgoodness! As soon as I opened the package, i could smell the fragrant glass jar. The jar was complete with my name imprinted. I love the idea and have now using it as my makeup brushes container!

Incredible experience with pinch and fold and their service team, especially during the most hectic time of the year, the big Christmas rush.

I ordered gifts for my sister and girlfriend relatively last minute and was panicking when they didn’t arrive 2 days before Christmas. I emailed them on the eve not expecting any replies anytime soon. Amazingly Mia contacted me in less than 15 minutes and got in touch with DHL. They were able to track the parcel, which has been slightly delayed. Mia really helped to ease my mind and glad to say both my sister and gf love their necklaces.

Very proud to be supporting such a wonderful small business. During the COVID times I’m glad to see such businesses putting their 100% effort for their customers (even on Christmas Eve!)
