After having our delivery left on the drive on the 24th March without a courtesy phone saying we are on the way, which i now know this company dont do unless you ask, while we were out and left it with a neighbour two doors down, who then went on holidayfor a week, Subsequently they took it in and kept the item for safe keeping untill they returned. I rang the conpany to say that they shouldn't be leaving nearly £700 worth of bar on a busy main road unattend which i now thought had been stolen due to it not being on my drive and only having the delivery note pushed through letter box. Straight off the company were very dismissive of my concern and told me to call the police if i thought it had been stolen. After many messages back and forth via amazon, who we brought through, i finally recieved the items from neighbours upon there return. However before getting the items back on the 28th March the driver who had supposedly delivered my bar had turn up to my door at 9.45 to ask if he could have a look in my garden for the delivery to which i said no i dont know who you are and if you want you can come back when my husband is home at this the driver walked down the side of my house and tried my back gate, which was locked, i then said ive told you no your not going into my garden i havent given you consent for that. The driver continued to open my gate and go into my garden ive then stood infornt of him to stop him going any further onto my property. He became aggressive and intimidating and when i tried to stop him he didnt i then said im calling the police for breaking into my home. To which he said good call them as he was walking back to his truck and using his phone. The police have said i need to sort this civilly and with the company but unfortuently the company wont release and details of the driver or speak to me at all as they want the police to deal with it. So over all if you want a company that basically use bullying and assaulting behaviour to stop you complainging them this is the company for you. Ive tried ringing them again this morning to ask for an update to be told by the receptionist get the police to phone us and when explaining that i would need some form of written/emailed proof that they wont talk to me i cant do anything about it. This has apparently come from the manager who i cant speak to but have been given his name but cant disclose that on here as it goes against trustpilots rules. Lets just hope when we come to put the bar up it aint as bad as the other reviews on here.

Ordered a kennel for my dog was not the correct size no phone call from the company to ask if it is the correct size or anything once it arrived I emailed and said look take this one back and make me something bigger and if its more I will pay the difference nope they were not having it and basically said sell it on ebay or Facebook and you will get your money back. Never using this company again

I ordered a Pent eco Shed from Haydock Garden Buildings who are dealers for Pinelap Fencing & Sheds. Can't explain how happy I am with the Pent 6×8ft shed supplied, delivered and erected by Pinelap of Bradford. Very impressed and happy with my purchase. Everything I wanted in a new shed. Thank you Pinelap and Sam who I dealt with. Also thanks to Brian Drake of Haydock Fencing for his help and advice.

I have just received a 8x6foot from pine lap after reading some bad reviews after I ordered it I was a wee apprehensive.The shed arrived on time I started to assemble it.I am 71 and my grandson is 14 we assembled it with only one small fault the centre spar on the was a wee bit out.wee would have finished it but the midgies were driving us crazy.All we have to do tomorrow is roof felt and windows.Any tradesmen who couldn’t follow the instructions must have got their papers from Woolworths.I am a retired engineer and grandson is a schoolboy.so I have to thank you for a very good shed.

Ordered a 6x6 greenhouse from amazon, had a 6 week wait which seemed fair according to Google. The guy who delivered was friendly and helpful but that's where the happy story ends.
Some of the wood was warped, some was actually split and the instructions were as much use as party invite in a pandemic.
Apart from the instructions being less than basic the fact that you needed both extra screws and about 5 tubes of silicone were barriers to completing this jigsaw in any sort of time.
The icing on the cake was that one piece of the roof glazingwas missing meaning I couldn't complete the greenhouse until I had been to a local DIY store and bought some as the company professed all innocence in responsibility for the missing glazing. I waited 2 weeks before purchasing some glazing in the forlorn hope that the Company would sort out my issues.
When completed the greenhouse does look nice but there must be more credible suppliers for this product.

The greenhouse was delivered without any of the windows.
The windows that came a few days later were for the wrong shed.
Then roofing felt was sent instead of windows.
Finally, I got the right windows.
Then the nightmare really started.
The 'instructions' are a joke. Very poorly written. The builders I had employed to put it together were flummoxed.
The nails and screws supplied are completely rubbish and of a very poor quality and were binned.
It became increasingly clear that not only had I been sent the wrong windows but I had been sent the wrong wood to go around the windows. The builders were here (having been put off twice due to the window situation), it was the weekend, so a trip to the local builders' depot was in order to get the right fittings.
The roof was not watertight by any means. Another trip to the builders merchants for lots (and I do mean lots) of silicon sealant.
So 2 weeks delay due to the window situation, twice postponing the builders & over £100 on extra wood and sealant and it was built.
And then despite the sealant, it leaked and leaked and leaked. The entire roofing section is warped.
The builders have been back and done their best to make it watertight, with additional wood & even more sealant.
The quality is just shocking.
As one of the builders said, it would have been easier, cheaper and quicker to get them to build one from scratch.
It would certainly have been less of a headache.

If I could give this company zero stars I would.
Spent over £1100 on a new greenhouse, the assembly instructions are poor and the quality of the product not good. I had to use over 11 tubes of frame sealer, in addition to the silicon sealer advertised to made this good. The roof sections I had to pull together with ratchet straps to make them true before screwing together as they were so warped. They advise the glass sizes needed and I bought accordingly, 3 of the pre-cut frames would not accept the glass as they were too small and not accept the glass cut as it was; if I had not got a plunge saw I would have had to have the glass recut.
Finally on completion of the greenhouse I find that the door is severely warped, called for a replacement and was advised that is the nature of the product and was refused a new door even thought they had supplied a warped one. Asked if I could buy a new one and the answer was no as they could not guarantee the new one any better.
Nature of product fine, it will warp a little over a few months, but I do not expect to be supplied with a warped product from the outset!
Quality of product 3/10
Customer Service 0/10

Go buy elsewhere and shop around - this is not for a DIY erection.

Glass was cut to size as advised and it would not fit as described..

From start to finish their customer service was spot on - there's not a single thing that they could have done better. Communication was fantastic and product arrived on date stated. Delivery driver was friendly, helpful and even brought the product round to the side of the house where it was safe. Overall, you won't get a better company or customer service.

We were unable to be at our house yesterday when shed delivered but have been amazed at the wonderful service offered by this company. The staff could not do enough to accommodate us in these unusual times and the delivery service was exemplary -many thanks to Stuart who took everything in his stride!
Have yet to see/ construct shed but if it’s as good as the service it will surpass expectations

O.M.G! What a FANTASTIC company. These guys make the BEST, STUDY, EXCELLENT QUALITY most BEAUTIFUL children's playden on the planet. I bought one and converted it into a mansion for a beautiful dog.

Note: after a year later from purchasing the house, we made it and PineLap were available to help with any questions I had, so they didn't abandon us. This is called amazing customer service.

Looking forward to the future when I purchase another item from them.

Fantastic!! We received our lovely cabin shed today and only had to wait a couple of weeks for delivery which is amazing! The shed is fabulous and we were kept up to date on delivery etc. very pleased and would recommend

Received item on 15th September. It was just left on the driveway as nobody home. When we arrived home, we noticed many parts of the house were damaged and we had no assembly instructions.
It has been put up and treated with a wood treatment, and after 2 weeks, the door no longer closes as it has warped. The door is also falling apart.
I am very disappointed with the overall quality of the house. It is most definitely not worth £650.
Would not recommend and I feel it will need replacing very soon. Very, very poor. Company has failed to reply to emails. Terrible customer service. Would not recommend.

Had to wait a few weeks for our summerhouse, but it is absolutely stunning. Really good top quality wood and it was so easy to put together. Great service by this company and delivery service. Would highly recommend.

So pleased with the deluxe dog kennel, it looks lovely and is sturdy. Everyone was so helpful, would definitely recommend.

The summer house turned up on time and the delivery team were friendly and helpful. Instructions were included but it is all very self explanatory really. In one day I had it built and given 2 coats of wood treatment. For the price I paid this summer house represents good value for money. No complaints at all.

This shed was much better than expected & the comms from Pinelap were excellent as CV19 impacted on the delivery time.

The instructions were inside the roll of roofing felt which I didn't see until towards the end of assembly. Made one call for advice which was clear and concise.

Compared to other sheds I had looked at this unit is far far better. The wood was well packed and arrived in good condition.

Wouid definitely recommend.

I ordered and paid for a shed over two weeks ago. I was told it would be delivered and erected on the 1st April 2020.
I was sent a statement, stating that due to 'Covid 19, the manufacture of my shed would be delayed.
WELL ACTUALLY, MY SHED IS STOOD IN THEIR YARD!! THEY ARE LITERALLY MINUTES FROM WHERE I LIVE.
I called, leaving two telephone messages, suggesting that they could drop the shed outside my gate, and we would erect it, or, as in the second call, they could erect it in the garden, whilst we remained in the house.
IF postmen are 'safe to go to someone's door, then I'm sure that the men at Pinelap are safe to deliver and erect my shed, in a garden where they would be 30+ feet away from the house!
I've had no response to my email either, stating that they have broken our buyer/seller contract, by not keeping to the agreed delivery/ assembly time.
To date, no response.
That's £304.00 down the pan!!!!
My next step is Trading Standards.
