Helped when needed

I broke down on A34 traveling to Liverpool yesterday, 22nd July 25. Got stranded, waited hours to be rescued by the breakdown. Had to ring a couple of garages and have come across Pinewood motor. Sheraz, the owner couldn't fit me in until Thursday which I couldn't do. As being distressed due to a bad day I was having, Sheraz was very thoughtful and considerate and managed to get me in the next day. The car was left at the garage safely until the next day when they opened. Upon my arrival the next day, Sharaz has managed to find the time to fit me in on his already busy schedule. As the garages go, the staff are helpful and very friendly. Everone certainly deserves a 5 star.

Be careful with this company

Very poor service is the best way of describing my experience. After buying a car with a few bodywork issues that they promised to address which included the drivers door lock and handle, they expected to replace it with a scratched recycled part. They think that doing the minimum is all that is required regardless of the finished look.I went to the effort of having a body work specialist look at the handle to see if it could be bought up to a reasonable standard which it could not. When I spoke to the dealership I was told that its a secondhand part for a second hand car! The wheels were also missing the locking nuts so only 4 vice 5 bolts holding the wheels on. When I bought this to their attention, they virtually accused me of being a liar. Be careful about what you buy and what you agree to have done as they will try their best to do things on the cheap
