I had a fantastic experience with the Pinewoods Clinic - my treatment was with Mr Rob Laycock and he and his team were absolutely brilliant. They made me feel completely at ease, explained everything thoroughly and the follow up care was really good. My procedure itself was excellent; I was really happy with the result, but in addition to that, this clinic really stands out due to the way the team there treat their clients - their warmth, humour and reassurance at every stage was something that I wish everyone could experience in their medical care. I cannot recommend it highly enough.

Second visit to Pinewood Clinic to see Dr Paula Briggs. Both Dr Briggs and her colleague were lovely and put me at ease straight away. The treatment is making such a difference to my life already . Thank you!

From my initial consultation to having my treatment, the service and care provided by all at the Pinewoods clinic was excellent. If you need any facial surgery then Mr David Houghton is the Consultant to see. I had growths removed from the delicate eye area and just over one week later both sides are healing very well. My surgery was painless and Victoria, Mr Houghton's fabulous assistant gave me clear and easy to follow instructions for after care. I am so pleased with the outcome of my procedure and would 100% recommend The Pinewoods Clinic. Thank you to all who looked after me!

Visited the clinic a couple of days ago.
Staff were welcoming and pleasant, and the appointment with the consultant was very professional and reassuring.

Had a few facial procedures ,myself lower blepharastomy and laser treatment ,my partner had upper and lower blepherastomy,Dr Rob Laycock is such a skilled surgeon who puts you at complete ease before and after treatment ,and has a lovely kind way,all the staff at Pinewoods are so professinal ,lovely and helpful ,the clinic has beautiful interior ,my confidence has grown so much thanks to the matchless treatment ,i would 100% recomend Pinewoods Clinic ,thank you ,Nicky and Kell Nield

From the moment I arrived I was treated really well,reception was very helpful and courteous.Rob Laycock and his lovely staff particularly Victoria,made a very daunting visit a real pleasure,a strange thing to say when you are having a wisdom tooth removed but that is way it was.Thank you all for my treatment.You are all highly recommend.

Had a few moles removed by Dr Tiberiu Bontea and his assistant. The whole process was so easy and a breeze from start to finish. Superb clinic with wonderful staff. Dr Tiberiu Bontea and his assistant were very lovely and reassuring. Highly recommend this clinic.

I've been into the clinic 3 times now for various treatments. I've found them extremely professional and very knowledgeable. Nothing is too much trouble, sound advice given all times. Will definitely be using them again.

10/10. After a consultation with the doctor he explained everything to me as I was concerned as the cyst was near my eye.
The service I received was second to none.
My eye is already so much better and on the mend.

From confirming the surgery booking to having the procedure done the service was brilliant. Such friendly, caring people work within this team and it really does show through when you visit. I had a large sebaceous cyst removed from the front of my head, id lived with it for 10+years effecting my confidence and even hairstyle (for a female in her 30’s that isnt ideal) why didnt i do it sooner is all i say now having found Pinewoods Clinic.
Dr D Houghton performed my procedure, he reassured me the whole way through it as did Victoria Woods who assisted (Victoria also completed my check-up appointment and took the stitches out).
I personally cant thank you guys enough, so pleased with the treatment received and the outcome!!
