I have purchased several shirts and pairs of shoes and they are all amazing quality and style. I had a last minute holiday booked and I needed a few linen shirts. The team got them to me very quickly and they were a perfect fit!

Poor quality of clothing, trying to be a dupe of Brunello Cucinelli, but totally fail on that. Terrible customer service. Had to email them repeatedly to get a refund for a single item a month after I return it. My advice, stay away.

Best quality garments and outstanding customer service

Placed 2 orders in March 2024. Received in 2 days. Packaging was great. Products are made with qualité and fit perfectly. Asked a couple of questions to customer service and they replied immediately. 10/10 would buy again.

I ordered a safari jacket in Loro Piana fabric. The breast pockets were asymmetrically placed. This was a clear manufacturing issue. Wrote to customer service, who took 3 days to first tell me that the design department said that it was intentional. I sent photos. Then they told me that the very visible fault was within the margin of manufacture tolerance. This brand is dragging in the mud reputable brands such as Loro Piana and "Made in Italy". And charging a premium for poorly made garments that have faults the brand will not even assume as such. Terrible. Avoid at all costs.

I ordered a suit and two shirts from their website. The clothes arrived on time and the quality is quite good. Only the packaging was a bit battered, but that may have been DHL's fault. Unfortunately, the suit and the shirt didn't fit me. The jacket was too tight and the shirt sleeves were much too long. So I sent the garments back by submitting a return request through the company's website and using the return label. Then I didn't hear from them for a long time, so I checked with DHL to see if my package had arrived, and it had. So I waited another 10 days or so and still heard nothing from them. In my experience with other brands you get a notification that they have received the package, but not with Pini Parma. So I filed a case through PayPal and contacted Pini Parma directly through PayPal. They told me that my package had arrived and that I should delete my PayPal case or they would not refund my money. This is of course against the recommendation of PayPal customer service. Since they still refuse to refund my money, I had to escalate the case. I am very disappointed with Pini Parma's service in general and still hope to get my money back via PayPal.

Update: I eventually got my money back. Overall, I'm still pretty disappointed. The suits look great and the quality seems fine, but with a customer experience like this, I won't be buying there again. It's unfortunate because I really like their style.

Both orders were delivered exactly as planned AND which is rare in our days, the customer service was extremely professional, efficient, courteous and answering questions re the products promptly. I made an order with Pini Parma a while back. An item was missing in the package, they claimed it was not missing. The package was slightly damaged during delivery. I tried to make a claim with DHL but only Pimi Parma as the sender could do that. So I lost 120€ for nothing. Not sure if they are scamming or just naive or someone stole something during delivery. I tried to get my money back via PayPal but I needed a police report for that. However, the police didn't care as the Euro value was too low. Very poor support from Pini Parma.

Bought from them in 2023. Very disappointing quality and when i returned my item it took a month to get my money back and countless emails/whatsapp

I purchased a sweater for my husband in November as a Christmas present and unfortunately, it did not fit. When I tried to exchange the sweater for a new size, I was told I was past the return window of 30 days. When I shared that I just wanted to exchange for a new size, I was again told it was too late. I understand having a time limit for returns, but not for exchanges (and I inquired right after Christmas)! Unacceptable for a supposed "high-end" clothier. Buyer beware!

Although the sizing is a bit of (normally I've size 48, Pini Parma trousers size 46 fits me better) and I had to made some alternations at the tailor, I'm very happy with the trousers. The fabric is very nice and overall quality is great. Also the customer service meets my quality standards. Replies quickly and solution driven. I probably would buy more items.

At first, I had some concerns about the delivery of a pair of trousers, but after communicating with the team, they arrived promptly. My second order arrived within days, and I must say, the quality and style of the clothing are truly outstanding. I plan to remain a loyal customer of this exceptional company.

Very slow shipping. 6-7 Business Days within EU.
The product arrived damaged/dirty. I returned it (another 6 Business Days).
I've waited another 4 days since they received the return, in order to proceed the refund. 4 days no news from them.
Not recommended. Poor customer support and bad product quality. 189 euros for a pair of cotton pants that feels and looks like Zara product.
There are way better options out there.

This is the 4th panth I'm buying on this site, pants are extremely beautiful and great quality, delivery are always super fast (2 days for France)

Exceptional fabric quality, construction, and fit. I bought the unlined, wool ‘Mint Suit’ for two summer weddings. This is by far the best suit I have ever worn, and only with a little alteration needed to the sleeve length was needed. Shipping time was very fast (delivered 3 days after ordering). Many compliments on this suit. I will be ordering again.
