Fantastic service , fast delivery to the UK. The clothing is top quality , all made in Italy, and fits really well. Have ordered a few items from them now.

A top, top company. Excellent service and excellent products. I normally purchase my clothing and suits from brands such as Burberry, however this time I thought I would try something different as I needed a tuxedo and didn't want to go all out....it was the best decision I made. The tux arrived a day after I placed my order....that really is excellent considering I'm in the UK. I unzipped the suit bag and was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the suit, it is easily superior to some of my highly-priced (overvalued) suits in terms of quality of material. The workmanship is of a similar quality. The design details and flair are just fantastic to see; visually the tux is impeccable. all of this at an excellent and fair price point.....I really can't fault Pini Parma in anything.

I don't know how they have received so many 1 star reviews....I am completely ecstatic with what I have received and will continue to buy from them.

The bonus is they have my size too....34 chest. XS sizes...perfect and they are so well fitting....I love it!

This brand is fantastic. The cut and quality is always perfect. The materials they use are also excellent.
I find their customer service reponse time to be perfectly acceptable on the only time I contacted them.

I'd love to be able to review my purchase. It was allegedly delivered to a Collection Point rather than to me or my direct neighbours as I had instructed. There was no trace of my parcel at the Collection Point and the disinterested manager there said it always happened. The Pini Parma contact lines ignored my messages (WhatsApp communication issues); DHL Express, while being initially empathetic when I finally spoke to someone, were basically unable to locate my parcel. 11 email proof of purchase communications followed (including asking me to describe the packaging on the parcel I had not received...), and Pini Parma finally did communicate via email. But no parcel and no real effective attempt to resolve the situation. If you want a product collect it yourself. In my experience their international delivery service is a major fail and they lack the skills to either understand that or put it right. The problem is left to you to try and resolve. Avoid.

I bought a denim shirt from Pini Parma about a year ago and I am still very happy with it.
And also anther order I did last year had a smooth return process - received my refund within a week - all fine!

Knowing the quality that I could expect, I decided to place another order - this time for chinos but unfortunately the sizing was not fitting for me - so I returned them. The quality was amazing though!

Return took about a week - to be fair that's on the carrier.
After the Item was received by Pini, I got a message that it would take up to 14 business days - that's 3 weeks!
From there on - silence.
I contacted PayPal now, apparently you have to fight to get your money back.

Too bad because I like their products.

Pini Parma is a relatively new brand using high quality fabrics and excellent stitching techniques. All products are100% made in Italy. My experience so far has been amazing with them. All garments not only look elegant but are also quality pieces at a very fair price. The Milano store provides extraordinary service and the team there is very knowledgable. I would really reccomend this brand if you dont know it because once you buy from them you will be pleasantly surprised as to how good the garments are.

I don't understand why they offer clothing ( pants ) that besides (XS) they don't have any normal size available? Most 34 or 36 sizes are under the (notify me when available)

I'm very happy with my purchases.

Each garment (overcoat, 3 jackets, sweater) were nice quality.

I couldn't find any stitching/manufacturing issues.

They all fit to the expected sizes.

Overseas shipping didn't take too long, and the packaging was very good.

Overall good value for quality products at a reasonable price.

Customer service was top-notch.

I'm looking forward to future purchases!

Fabric quality was exceptional. The process has been easy and supportive when it comes to returns. Each return, which I did a few, was received and I either earned a voucher or monies returned to the original source. The time needed from Pini Parma to the US, made since given the distance and along the way, Pini kept me in the know either to my product or return. Each item sent, arrived earlier than scheduled. DHL shipping has been simple and easy. Pini Care Customer Service team responded, explained anything I needed, and provided great customer care! You gained a client and valued customer. Keep up the designs, quality and customer service.

I ordered from Pini Parma and returned the items within the return period. Weeks went by without a refund, and only after my inquiry did the company suddenly refuse to issue a refund under fabricated reasons that allegedly occurred weeks after confirming the return. Extremely disappointing and unprofessional. The case is now being handled through PayPal, and I hope to get my money back. I cannot recommend ordering from them to anyone!

Ich habe bei Pini Parma bestellt und die Ware innerhalb der Rücksendefrist zurückgeschickt. Wochenlang wartete ich auf eine Rückerstattung, doch erst nach meiner Nachfrage verweigerte die Firma plötzlich die Rückerstattung unter erfundenen Gründen, die erst Wochen nach der Bestätigung der Rücksendung angeblich aufgetreten sind. Sehr enttäuschend und extrem unprofessionell. Der Fall wird nun über PayPal geregelt und ich hoffe, mein Geld zurückzubekommen. Ich kann niemandem empfehlen, dort zu bestellen!

I ordered a bomber jacket on sale.

Received my order within one week via DHL.

And it's a beautiful product.

The customer service is horrible.

Love the items I ordered, but had to return some of them due to wrong size. It's been over two weeks, but I still haven't received my refund. Would've given 5 stars if this policy wasn't so frustrating.

Again very proactive customer service for advice on sizes and knitwear and return assistance. The Summer polos are very Nice with great finishes. Same for long sleeve polos. Sneakers are comfortable and suede is very soft and of high quality, with very compétitive price.

Outstanding Customer Service! We faced a tight schedule when the suit my boyfriend ordered arrived too small on Wednesday, and he needed it by Friday afternoon. We used the live chat and had an amazing experience. Federica was fantastic, ensuring that the correct size suit would arrive on time. In fact, it arrived the very next day, Thursday!
