I had a mix up with my address when I placed my order, Jess C was so helpful and organised a refund for me when my parcel got returned to them, she was so helpful and replied to all my emails nearly straight away.

The customer service i received from grace was brilliant. She responded extremely quickly and was more than helpful, before I knew it the issue was resolved and a new dress was sent out on next-day delivery. Thanks again Grace 😊

I just want to say a big thanks to Rosie for sorting out an error with a parcel last wk, she was excellent at getting me a refund arranged asap, she sincerely apologised for this error even though it wasn't actually a pink boutique error, it happened with DPD, a wrong label

I ordered a coord set for a wedding party, only one piece arrived - Jess C was amazing in quickly checking and resending the item so it arrives in time for the wedding. IT was quick and painless and saved the day!!

I had a returns issue which Rosie dealt with straight away and was polite and friendly on the phone.

This has quickly become one of my favourite websites to shop on, I recently began purchasing outfits after seeing a beautiful one on a relative who shared with me that it was from here.

1 order turned into 3 orders in no time at all, I am certain i'll be back many more times.

The most gorgeous outfits for holidays and just because you like them outfits / they make you feel good, at great prices.

I'd like to mention how great their customer services are too as a bonus, They got back to me in no time at all when i had a question, a nice lady called Grace was of great help when i had a question about one of my outfits.

I was refunded for an item that appeared to accidentally be made wrong, and told i could keep it which is so kind. I had the option to return it too for a refund which i would have done but was refunded without the need to do so. It was a minor issue not major where either a shell was placed on a top upside down or the label was sewn in upside down so i was unsure which way up it was meant to go. It is wearable with a unique spin on it to not be worn as worn by everyone else. I still like it but they were happy to go above and beyond to refund it for not being as it should of been in their eyes. All other items are perfect. This was a last one available outfit in my size that i'd purchased too, before it sold out, so i may not of had the opportunity to get another one. With the refund it gives me the freedom to buy another lovely outfit which feels like a win win! A really great boutique.

My email was replied to within 24 hours which I am very happy about.

Had an amazing experience with Rosie! I had an issue with the item I received and she was able to resolve it for me on the day I emailed in! She’s very attentive to detail and has helped me massively with getting a replacement before my event on Sunday 12th July! Thank you again Rosie!

Material is awful, used to be amazing. Multiple items I have bought come with or tear at seams within same day of wearing. A shame for the price.
But returns and refund is quick and easy

I’ve just received my order today of 12 items for my holiday, the quality of the materials are really thin & very poor quality stitching with stitching hanging. I am returning it all tomorrow not happy at all, really disappointed got start looking for holiday clothes again!!! I won’t be purchasing from these again unfortunately!!!

Initially my experience wasnt great. I couldn't apply my 10% welcome discount before check out and sent and email to customer service which wasnt replied to. I paid next day delivery, got DPD notification it was out for delivery, then a notification that it had been returned to depot. I emailed customer support again on both issues. Rosie emailed me back within the hour to apologise. The order had been returned to them. She honoured the 10% discount. Offered me a full refund or to send the order out again. She arranged next day delivery to my home address. Excellent service from Rosie. I cannot comment on the clothes as yet but will update once received.

Love shopping here , too much actually ! Ha ha. Customer service is great , always a fast response, thanks to Rosie today who helped with my return and replacement, due to my replacement item becoming out of stock she resolved and responded promptly and issued a full refund for the returned items instead
