Pinkclassy 

Pinkclassy and airygal are somehow connected. I ordered from Airygal in mid april. Paid for e3xpedited shipping. 3 to 7 days. now may 19th and nor product, no refund even though they said they would send. I had paid thru paypal so I now have a claim thru paypal. This is also a joke. I sent paypal the emails I received showing numerous times the ityenm had shipped. TRACKING NUMBER RAND ALL THE BS. I then sent them email that said they are unable to ship and they will issue refund. Now claim with paypal is about 2 weeks old or older and they finally recieved response from airygal Same BS I received showing shipped and tracking number. Go to track still does not show up. Paypal is supposedly investigating. I told them it seems to be scam and they should do something about a crooked company using there service for payments.

I have not received my order even though I paid the extra shipping to have it sent quicker. I asked for a refund on what I purchased. I was told they cannot refund me. Complete garbage! They sent me some ridiculous link showing tracking which really shows nothing. This is a SCAM COMPANY and will rip you off. Do not buy from them!!!

Very shady if you ask me. I'd recommend you use PayPal if you decide to order from them because that will guarantee you get the money back if they decide to be flakey, which will likely be the case. Take screenshots of you placing the order because you most likely won't get an order confirmation. I placed an order with them and never received one, but the money was taken out of my account immediately.

I contacted them to ask about the status of my order after about 10 days of crickets and the response I received was, and I kid you not, in Chinese. It's like they're really trying so hard to get a rise out of you. After sending multiple emails stating that I don't speak Chinese and that I want to know what the hell is going on with my order, I finally got a response. The person asked me to send screenshots of the emails I've send to them in order to get a refund for the items that weren't even in stock when I ordered them - WHY are they marked as "available" if they aren't? They would not have said anything to me and just kept my money if I hadn't said anything. I finally received a refund after another 2 weeks. Just don't bother. Looks like about 10% of those who place an order with them actually receive their stuff that turns out to be garbage anyways.

They are not to be trusted !!!,ordered 3 swimsuits only 1 came in and other 2 shipped on the 10th of may still no show!! Have been sending e-mails no response, asking for a refund no response last time I order from them !!!! I do not advise them to anyone

Ordered bikinis from site which was no good, asked for returns address on loads of occasions to be asked if can keep items and sell to a friend as the shipping is too expensive. Defiantly wouldn’t recommend using this site as the customer service after they take your money is horrendous.

Don’t buy from them!
I bought 2 swimsuits in the end for February this year.
I don’t receive any order confirmation or anything. After a week I write them to see it my order has been shipped. After a week I get the answer that 1 of the swimsuits are sold out and is asked if I want to wait for it to come back in. Before I get to answer, I get an email that the 1 swimsuit is cancelled and the other one has been shipped. (I paid for 3-7 days delivery)

After 3 weeks I still hadn’t received the package. So I wrote them again. And for for 6 weeks I had to get them to understand that the package had been lost in the Chinese airport. But they were sure it would show up at my house.
After making a review in here they contacted me that I would get my refund(that I had asked for, for 4 weeks) if I deleted my review, so I did. And I was told that my refund would be in my account in 1-7 days. Now it’s been 21 days and still now money back.

It a scam I’m sure. I will never buy for the website again. !!!

I have ordered many times from this company and no issues, love the clothes! I had one item shipped to me in error and they were very quick to respond and the resolution is more than expected. I will order again!

Awful! Don’t use this site, it’s a complete rip off! I ordered 2 bikinis, I followed their size guide and they fit half my boobs! I didn’t bother trying on the bottoms. I asked for a refund, and they asked for photos for proof! Cheeky gits! They admitted they were too small, so they suggested I give them away as gifts! They said it would cost me too much for shipping fees to return the items, for me to get a refund!

Ordered bikinis, sizing is rubbish! Refuse to allow me to return them. They even asked me to send them pictures in my bikinis! Completely rude and unprofessional.

I ordered 4 swimsuits and 2 shirts from them. NONE of the swimsuits fit and only 1 of the shirts fit. 3 of the swimsuits were WAY to small, even though I took my measurements and went off of their size guide. The other swimsuit, the top was too small and the bottoms were too big. The shirt that I ordered was a small but when I received it, I could have fit 2 of me in it. It is huge!!
I contacted the company and their solution was for me to pay $30 in shipping to return it to China or they would give me a 20% refund on the items. Completely unreasonable. Their return policy is ridiculous. I will never order from this company again.

The site is really helpful giving a lot of details about all the products such as: description about the material and fabric, size & fit that is really helpful. Moreover the customer service is very helpful, replying pretty fast in any question. The packaging is great and so far we've never had any problem with the products that we've ordered! Excellent choice, low prices, good quality, fast delivery around the world!

I ordered a beautiful swimsuit which I received a week ago. It arrived sooner than expected, and fit wonderfully. Stichting and fabric were good quality, comfortable fit and soft feel. Will definetly be looking good this summer!

I usually buy from them when they offer discounts and I spend over $100 and I don't have to pay shipping. Usually the dresses I order fit me very good but when they don't fit which is rare or I either don't like how the dress looks on me I return the dresses and had never had any issues with the returns. I usually do NOT make any reviews but when I shop online I like to read reviews and I read bad reviews from Pinkclassy and I thought I can leave my experience here to help someone else make a good purchase. Dresses are not poor quality how I read here. All the dresses that I have ordered are great quality. They send them very well packaged with tissue or dresses are in a plastic bag. Shipping is very fast and they send you a tracking number as well. Wish I can order more dresses from them or know at least another website that sells like them

I will return back to this website.

To be honest, I made my purchase without reading any review of Pinkclassy Made a purchase and to my dismay, I found negative reviews.
Maybe I was one of the luckier ones. Made a purchase on 16 Sept. and the item was supposed to arrive on 21 Sept by the end of the and it indeed arrived on, and in fact, it reached me at the start of the day!

Completely satisfied with the delivery and service. When I had queries to the customer service, though there were 3 people answering me, the replies were prompt and fast!!!

Will highly recommend pjnkclassy and I will definitely be a return shopper.

I thought it was VERY nice of them to take the time and do this because no other online company takes the time to reach out by phone.. Majority of other companies reach out by email and they usually take longer to make any corrections to your order when issues like this happen. I am very pleased with how personable this customer service was and their willingness to correct my order. Great quality and flattering clothes..

Love this site so much. Just with they were a little cheaper but everything I've ordered from them has been super flattering with fast shipping and fast returns.

This site is wonderful .. not sure why anyone would write a bad review about it. Every dress I've bought from here I always get amazing compliments on! The products do not look cheap. I've even worn one of the dresses on a office party and people were in awe of how gorgeous the gown was. I will and do order from here very often. Happy shopping loves. Shipping is fast and really cute clothes. I haven't really checked out their customer service but I haven't been disappointed yet.

their facebook and ebay site were deleted. My bought item cant been sent back anymore. Sh.. thiefs.

A wow Company You Can Trust

All I can say is wow! I scrolled their website a few weeks ago to see marvellous printed bikinis that seemed to be out of stock everywhere and they we’re very informative, letting me know what their stock was like and when it would potentially be shipped to me. I recieved the dress after a week of purchasing since it was a first order, i got very exciting offers and my ship date was even moved up by 3 days! The dress came to me a week in advance for my prom and it looked amazing on me. I’m truly impressed and satisfied with my purchase from Pinkclassy.
I highly recommend them!!
