I have ordered from Pinkclassy several times and have always been extremely pleased with my purchases. This time I had to do a return/exchange and I was so surprised at how easy and quick the process was. I was credited quickly for my return and my next order was shipped out super fast. I have loved all of the dresses I've ordered from Pinkclassy. They making shopping for formal attire online so easy! Also if you need to contact customer service, they are super friendly, knowledgeable and professional!

Wowed, for the 2nd time!

This is the 2nd fashionable dress I've purchased from Pinkclassy and have been wowed by the quality of each garment. Far better quality than other merchants we've tried. Delivery arrived ahead of schedule. These purchases were easy and the staff were helpful, knowledgeable and courteous. Highly recommend this company, their staff and their products.

I really love this place. It has many beautiful dresses as well as their customer servie is supportive too. The staff members are always making sure your comfortable, they help you with choosing a dress, and give you advise on which dress is more accurate for you occasion. I strongly recommend Pinkclassy.

3 weeks and not even an email confirming my order. No response for customer service. SCAM!

DO NOT BUY!!!!! I bought a bikini (which was stained) and a loungewear set (which was too big), both of which I wanted to return for a refund. It took a month of emails which were going around and around in circles to get a return address out of them. Even though the items came from a UK address, this company were adamant that I had to send the items back to China!! At my cost and they said I had to pay the original postage costs even though they were free!! Completely illegal and disgusting!! It’s not worth my time taking them to court which is unfortunately what they’re relying on so I’ve thrown the items in the bin which is where they belong. SHAME ON YOU!!

I made an order (PK4144722227966549) 1week ago and emailed to check if the order had been shipped. No customer service at all as they couldn't even reply. Very dissapointed and seriously hoping a receive what I ordered.

This company buy reviews from Indian guys if you see the good reviews are from guys with like Indian names!
This company dont own close by themselves they sell from third companies thats the reason they are so slow and everything comes Seperatly ....they decide by themselves to give you three numbers bigger that you ordered! NEVER EVER SHOP AT PINKCLASSY

I ordered two shirts on the 8th of March, and paid for expedited shipping. It is March 21, and still no order! Customer service finally replied to my email, and my two shirts were shipped separately. One is still in CHINA, (I’m in Missouri), and one arrived in St. Louis today. WILL NOT be ordering from them again!

Bought an item weeks ago and it hasn’t been shipped yet bearing in mind it said 3-7 days shipping. No emails or any contact I had to contact myself to be told the item is out of stock (wasn’t when I ordered or I wouldn’t have bothered ordering).
disappointed and cancelling my order. Also money went out of my bank account straight away so very worrying

Ordered 12 days ago and still haven’t received any information about my package since day 1 they never sent me anything about it . WHERE IS IT?!

I was very hesitant about my order and was surprised when I received it. I ordered 3 shirts. All were great quality and fit perfect. I ordered my true size and they were perfect. I will be ordering again!

Never again will I order from this place...let people know where the item is coming from...CHINA!!! Totally thought it was US but not I just sit and wait ..ordered item 2 weeks ago...said it arrived in Hacienda Heights CA...been there since FEB 28...it's already March 5th and STILL in Hacienda Heights CA... Buyer beware...no where your product is coming from!!

I am very unsatisfied with Pink Classy. I ordered 5 items 2 weeks ago all of which have been shipped separately except for one item still hasn’t even been shipped. I wasnt aware that they would be coming from China considering the site states USA. I am extremely disappointed with this site and will not be ordering from them again. At this rate if I do not receive my items ordered in the next week I will be contacting the better business beraeu.
3/22-Update I have finally received 4/5 items. One of which I won’t be using because the size was completely off ordered a large and fits like a small. While still awaiting on 5th item.
I will not be using Pink Classy to purchase anything ever again.

I made an order on the 28th of February and I still haven’t had any delivery details I asked for the order to come between 1-5 working days so am a bit concerned if my package is coming or not

Never got the email of my order,but to take the money from my card was no problem. I will write a positive coment only when i receive my bikiny

After this comment they contact me very fast and send confirmation email and site to track my order. Very good service
