Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. Zero communication. I ordered 2 bathing suits in May and still haven't received them after paying for the 1-4 day shipping. Nobody will get back to me. I just want a refund at this point, and still I have no spoken to an employee, I only receive automated replies.

Never got my bikini

I would love to review the swimsuit, but I never received it. Customer service won’t return my email about the issue either, and it has been 3 weeks since I ordered it.

Extremely disappointed

I placed my order on May 21st and have heard nothing back since the confirmation email. It has been a month now and there has not been an email about processing or shipping of the order even though my credit card has been charged. I have reached out on several different platforms (5 different times) and there has been no response to any of my attempts. I am extremely disappointed with the poor communication and lack of response.

Never received order - no response from company

I never received my order after 22 days. Shipping was supposed to be 5-14 days. I contacted the company through email and and on Instagram without any response. I ended up reporting the transaction as fraud to my credit card company. If you cannot ship a product to a customer within 22 days you need to be proactively contacting them and offering a full refund. I later realized through reading several reviews that this happens quite often and many people never receive their orders from this company with no response from your customer service team. Lesson learned. Seems like pretty fraudulent and unlawful business practices to me.

A good bathing suit but a frustrating experience

My original order from May was wrong and it took several weeks to arrive - I was sent the wrong bikini bottom. When I reached out to customer service via email twice and once through the website to ask for what I had originally ordered it took over a week to hear back from anyone, even though the disclaimer on the website says up tp 48 hours. When I finally did hear back, the representative, Katie C., was very nice and explained the next steps taken to correct the incorrect order. Overall, the bathing suit is good quality but I'm not sure it was worth the wait, the hassle of receiving the wrong order, and waiting to have it corrected for me to be a returning customer.

I ordered 2 items on May 20th and it is…

I ordered 2 items on May 20th and it is now June 12th and I have still not received my items & I paid for expedited shipping. My order says shipped but there is no tracking to see where my items are. I have reached out to company and no one has gotten back to me. I would of never ordered if I knew it would take this long. Summer will be over by the time I see my order

I ordered and paid on 5/8/21. It is now 6/10/21. I never received my package. The tracking no doesn’t show any shipment. I contacted support and only received an automated response. I have now requested a refund.

I placed an order on 5/22 and paid…

I placed an order on 5/22 and paid extra for 2-4 day express shipping. I received a notice shortly after that it did ship, but no tracking info. After a week of not receiving it I reached out to customer service to see if I could get tracking info. I KNOW you all don’t have control over the mail and has nothing to do with your company. However no response from customer service. Sent another email. Reached out on social media (got an automated “we’ll talk to you soon” response). It has been almost 2 weeks with multiple contacts cut attempts, no product and no response from you all after spending almost $200. What a joke and sad excuse.

Highly recommend

Highly recommend! Great quality and fits amazing. My only complaint is that it took almost a month to arrive. It would’ve been nice to get a heads up prior to ordering so that you can decide if you want to wait that long for your items.

The return policy as posted on the…

The return policy as posted on the website doesn’t mention until several paragraphs down that returns are for store credit only. When I discovered this I reached out immediately to cancel the order. I did not receive a response for almost a week, saying that cancelling was impossible as my order had been “dispatched.” I did not receive any tracking information. One month after I placed my order, it has yet to ship, but Pink Colada will not cancel and refund my money. Very frustrating!

Still haven’t received my items purchased over three weeks ago. No confirmation email nothing. Very disappointed with this purchase
