Pinko is one big scam company

Pinko is one big scam company, if you live out of EU don't buy nothing from them, you need to pay if you want to send back your parcel for any reason, plus they will charge you all the custom expense they will have with the entrance of the parcel in Italy. I was shocked from the amount that I needed to pay to send it back, and I hope it will be there in 14 days. Never ever I will buy something from them. AVOID them.

0 stars if possible. I also wish I had read the reviews. Never got an email response from my multiple emails sent to customer service. I now have an expensive dress that doesn’t fit and could not return. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY ONLINE. If you want a bag there are many other sources. I will never buy anything from this awful company that doesn’t give a s__t about their customer. STAY AWAY👎🏼🤨😡

This company sold me see through…

This company sold me see through trousers (when you couldn’t tell they were see through from the online pictures or in the dressing room - only when outside) and when I tried to return them I encountered the RUDEST customer service I have ever encountered. The shop assistants were aggressive and unhelpful. A third party intervened in shock as to how they were conducting themselves. Also beware the 14 day only exchange period. Terrible service.

Avoid e-store. No more purchases at Pinko

My first purchase with Pinko didn't fit me. V neck dress is huge for me even I chose the smallest size.
When I was processing return I was able to choose their deliver options. UPS with pick at my address service. Nobody came to me for collection. After few days of waiting I called to customer service and found out that if you are outside EU (I'm in UK) you have to return item back on your own cost and delivery provider.
Now the parcel being held on depot due to customs. I missed 14 days return period for a refund and I am not sure what will happen next to that dress.

First time buying something at pinko…

First time buying something at pinko but I am sincerely surprised by the nice packaging even for the small items, and the delivery time (before expected time).
So far good experience I will be buying again.

NO COMPRAR EN PINKO ON LINE / DON¨T BUY FROM PINKO, YOU WILL HAVE NO RIGHTS

Hi, I'm telling you about my BAD shopping experience with Pinko. I bought a bag the same day it went on sale, I paid for it and asked for it to be sent to the shop. I receive a confirmation email on January 12, 6 days later, from Erika (Pinko Customer Care, who never "care" of me) writes me that the product is damaged and they can't sell it to me. I sincerely doubt it, and I ask them to send it to me anyway and they refuse. That same day, it appears again available in the online shop. Erika asked me to buy it again, which I accepted, I bought it again, paid for it, received confirmation and 4 days later, I received another email from Erika again, saying that they are out of stock and that they are not going to send it to me.
It is very frustrating how few rights we consumers have. She has not given me any alternative or solution, she has played with my time and my expectations. It has been a "bad joke" because of their bad management and for treating customers with little criteria. I am left without a bag, but they are left without a customer and I hope that this experience will help more customers like me not to buy from them again.

Hola, os cuento mi experiencia en la compra con Pinko. He comprado un bolso el mismo día que salió en rebajas, lo he pagado y pido que lo manden a la tienda. Me llega email de confirmación y el 12 de enero, 6 días después me escribe una tal Erika del departamento de atención al cliente, que el producto está defectuoso y no me lo pueden vender. Sinceramente lo dudo, y pido que me lo envíen igualmente y me lo niegan. Casualmente ese mismo día, aparece otra vez disponible en tienda. Erika me pide de volver a comprarlo, situación que acepté, volví a comprarlo , pagarlo, recibí la confirmación y 4 días más tarde, recibo otro email de otra vez Erika, que se han agotado y que no me lo van a mandar.
Es súper frustrante los pocos derechos que tenemos los consumidores. No me ha dado ninguna alternativa ni solución, ha jugado con mi tiempo y mis expectativas. Ha sido una tomadura de pelo por su malas gestión y por tratar con poco criterio a los clientes. Me quedo sin bolso, pero ellos se quedan sin un cliente y espero que esta experiencia le sirva a más clientes como yo para no volver a comprarles.

Master scammers

Master scammers, they don't like to take returns for faulty goods. They pretend other departments need to see, all delay tactics. They work from some little office in rubbish part of Italy. Amazing how they give the impression. they are some well established company, they are not, they are a sweat shop trying to scam everyone.

Avoid!!! Terrible customer service I bought the bag via pinko.com but changed my mind and wanted to return-it’s impassable to return a item on Pinko I tried via customer service via email I tried everything there is no chance of returning a item!

Customer service is disgusting. Item. Lost since 23rd of june which is now 1,5month,no refund no investigation with courier
.. Absolutely nothing been done for customer.

My wife bought two items online from…

My wife bought two items online from Pinko UK and later received a confirmation via email. After couple of days she received notification about import duty & taxes which were almost 50 percent of the Items value. She cancelled her order immediately and tried to contact their customer service unsuccessfully. Pinko didn't respond to any of her emails which left me to escalate the issue to her card provider.
As you many know, if you pay by using credit/debit card and have dispute with the transaction etc. you can contact your card provider and request a chargeback.
We got in touch with her card provider and the money was refunded promptly. I also contacted UPS and they cancelled both invoices too. I never had such a bad experience with any retailer in my knowledge and will warn everyone not to buy anything online from them. They deceive in thinking the items are bought from UK but in fact they send the items from Italy without telling the customer in advance.

I have been their loyal customer for…

I have been their loyal customer for many years. Today for the first time I needed to return a dress that I bought for my daughter. The shop manager in Brompton road brunch in London said that she will not take it back because it’s company’s policy. She didn’t try to offer an exchange, didn’t say sorry, just put the dress back into the shopping bag and returned it to me. I will never buy anything again from this brand. This is not how you treat your clients.

Pinko stole 800 pounds from me + a lot of time

Summary: got fraud by Pinko on total 800pounds.

Short story: I bought in shop a dress [+ other stuff] in . When I came home I figured out that the dress is damaged [its a minor damage, but it will become bigger after I wear it], so I ordered same dress from online. When I went to receive a paid dress the woman at the shop 1. rejected to make a refund on dress [because the can sew it up???] 2. said that my reordered dress hasn't com [though I prepaid for it already a week ago, and have chosen a 3-4 days delivery] 3. she rejected to check when it will come.

So, I am currently with a damaged [but untouched dress with all initial labels] dress and minus TWICE amount of money that I paid for it! I have no clue, where to go so would be very appreciate if get any advice, thanks

I should have read the reviews before ordering.
I made an order from Switzerland, delivery costs were deducted from my order at first, but than charged together with customs by the delivery company.
It was about 40 Swiss francs.
Returns also need to be arranged and paid by the customer!! So needed to fill out all customs forms and pay 40 chf again.
Returns to store not possible.
Was my first experience with Pinko, never again

Stay away from them

Stay away from them! £500 gone. Awful awful awful. So sad,I’ve bought this coat in HARVEY NICHOLS LEEDS for my daughter as a Christmas present, but she back from traveling after Christmas. Coat is too small, not true to size big time! She tried to exchange it,but they said 14 days gone and she have to keep it. Worst customer service ever. UNBELIEVABLE, NEVER AGAIN.

Avoid buying anything from UK Pinko

Avoid buying anything from UK Pinko !I live in Scotland and on the top of ordinary delivery charges (12£ ) UPS will also extra charge you for tax fees ! (There is no informations on Pinko Webside about extra fees)so u can only imagine my shock when I've got invoice from Ups. In my case it was 99£ and I only ordered a mini bag! Absolutely disgusting! I refused to pay those fees (I asked ups courier to send my bag back to Pinko) but before that I informed Pinko that I I don't want my bag but they still deliver it, and now ups threading me by post to extra charge me to refuse to pay ! Thanks God I bought this bag through PayPal I hope they will solve my issue with this awful company. Will never ever order anything from those scummers !!! You should be ashamed Pinko!
