Thinking it is a high class fashion brand, I ordered an item I was really desperate for from Italy. With all the current Brexit mess and Covid nonsense, there were severe delays in receiving this parcel, not to mention a hugee customs fee to pay aswell.
The item did not fit me so I sent it back and gave proof of postage. Pinko didn’t reply to emails for months until I literally spammed them for 40/50 emails and instagram DMs and Facebook messages!
I then got some vague replies which were of no help so had no choice but to open a claim against them as luckily I had paid by trustee Paypal!
Save yourselves the hassle and check at your nearest local Pinko branch in Selfridges/ lone store as the customer service there is excellent! Whereas this italian warehouse is shocking! They had no intention to give me my refund and did not even bother answering their phoneline or emails! A really stressful and frustrating experience indeed!

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. I bought a new belt in the same size that I previously purchased belt on Zalando - however but they must of changed their sizing as the belt was now miles too big for me. When trying to contact some for help regarding a return, they put the phone down on me every time I tried calling. Returns seem to be impossible. Finally after successfully requesting a return on their website, no return label was sent to me and was later told I had to return at my own cost. Do not buy directly from their website, if you want to buy their products, buy else where.

For a pretty well branded company they don’t provide return shipping labels. It’s the first time when I heard this. All e-commerce provides that. It a very bad experience as I can not return/exchange the product because they are requesting you to organize your own return which can cost up to 300 usd!! That’s ridiculous. So if you want to return something especially outside of Europe be aware that it will be at a huge cost, more than the actual item in some cases which makes no sense and in this case you will loose your money with a product that you can not wear. They are schemers!

Probably the worse materials ever! I tend to believe that even the cheapest clothes resist better - Long story short - got a dress for my gf and after using it the first time outside she caught a rain and the colours faded --- in the rain!!! that is not even 20 degrees :))) So, you get the conclusion out of this - Stay Away from this brand - even contacted customer service - they asked for the proof - send it and nothing happened - Don't get your life more complex than it is by buying from these guys ---- not worth your money, time, stress

My order arrived in the scheduled time, actually even earlier. It was carefully wrapped in a nice box and the dress is gorgeous. I can't tell about the customer services because I didn't need it, but all over my experience was good!

Waiting for my refund for more than 1 month!
Very bad customer service. I had to return my order (00404926), but it was not possible for me to request a return and get the return number. Contacting via e-mail also didn't work, so I contacted customer service through Facebook. They told me they will take care of it and somebody will contact me. Nothing happened. I asked again and again and they told me it's fine to just send the parcel back. That's what I did. My return parcel arrived on 20.04.2021 at their warehouse and since then I am waiting for my refund!!!!!! That's not acceptable at all. 2 weeks ago a lady from the customer service contacted me and finally told me they have found my parcel and it will take 10 days to refund me. Now it's 14 days later and NOTHING HAPPENED. I am waiting more than a month for my money. If it won't arrive today EOB I will go to my lawyer. That's ridiculous.

Should be zero. Ordered on 22nd April. Sent messages through their website messaging service which states a response within 24hrs. No reply to any. Rang, after 2 minutes they cut you off and tell you to ring back. Finally got through to cancel the order all together, told the items had been dispatched that day. Day after I get an email from UPS asking for £107 in custom duty. Rang Pinko again, they said that was right even though not on the order or invoice. Told them to cancel, furious, they send me an mail stating they had requested order back from UPS but no refund until it was back with them and checked and refunds were taking much longer. Asked for supervisor and complaint process, told there wasn't either. Never, ever again. Have emailed their Head Office, no response as yet, no order, no refund. Very upsetting.

Probably the worst Customer Services I ever experienced. I have ordered some clothes from Pinko (total value almost £400). The stated delivery was 3-5 working days. I have received the goods in 4 weeks. I tried the items and while the clothes are nice, they dont fit me, so I'm trying to return them. My online account doesn't let me do it. I wrote now 3 emails to Customer Servives (it's been over a week now, still no reply or no acknowledgement whatsoever). Also called them several times (every time I was put on hold, bear in mind paying for the International call), the phone is never answered (even though I waited for over 10 minutes on two occasions). I'm stuck with the goods I don't want. Never buy from this company online. I can't believe that such a big company as Pinko has such an awful service and doesnt have Customer service team. It's a complete sham!

As with all the below reviews. Parcel arrived the courier asked for £70 import taxes. Delivery was refused. Parcel now been with courier in Jan and here we are in April. The package has now allegedly finally been sent back to Italy. No refund yet of course and Pinko customer service is pretty well non existent. They reply to nothing phone calls or emails. Utterly atrocious. Avoid them at all costs. If we ever recieve a refund I will update this review

Terrible return policy
Terrible return policy. I had purchased leather jacket online US web site. The item is small on me, I would like to exchange the item, you can not return to the store or you can not exchange the item at the store. You have to ship the item to Italy warehouse which cost 250$ by ups, if you send it by UPS, it is 70$ but it takes 3 weeks to arrive there. Also they have 14 days return policy. They don't respond to you on time and I request from them to send me return label and charge the return label to me. They refuse to do that. What kind of customer service is this? They don't care. I love their products but it's to risky to purchase online. I am stock with the item now. I can't even wear it. This is suppose to be high end store and they don't care about their customers. At least change your return policy, they should state that all items shall ship to Italy on your own expenses.

Purchase of a coat and it was shipped without the belt. I also had to pay £122 in customs tax to get the item. I must have send 30+ emails and phoned them 20+ in 2 months. No reply to most of them. First of all they said they shipped me a belt but it just got sent back to their warehouse. Then they said there were no more belts. They said I could send the coat back but they would only cover half of customs tax. Why would I send back the coat to still be out of pocket £61 with nothing to show. For them to do the same thing to someone else!!! I have never actually experienced customer service like it.

Still waiting for a reply on email and fb messenger as they suggest. Has been a month and I am waiting for a return confirmation and my refund of £389!paid £22 for delivery and item took over two and half weeks then told that there would be import tax for £80!!!!!
DO NOT PURCHASE FROM PINKO ONLINE, big mistake and will not do it again, what a shame as some very nice items.

I’m not surprised they have 0 positive reviews!!! They charge £22 for the shipping with is estimated for 1-2 days but don’t bother to send item within a week. Due to delay and UK leaving EU I was required to pay extra £46 for tax!! When contacted company there was no answer. Likely I paid via PayPal so reported problem and claimed money back. 3 weeks after courier was trying to deliver item and requested to pay tax which I have refused as Pinko of course didn’t bother to contact courier and recall the order. Month after I finally received full refund and certainly I don’t recommend this horrible company and horrific customer service! AVOID!!
