My experience is very similar to others unfortunately. I wish I had seen thus site before I purchased.
The bathers are a strange fit and I requested a full refund. The first response was we will refund A$16 and you keep the products. My order was over A$100. I replied requesting a full refund and states their return policy. Below is the response

Sorry to inform you that we only have one warehouse in USA for returns and do not accept returns to any other place.
Return shipping to the US is expensive, so we still recommend that you accept our partial refund and keep the product.

I have seen the % discount when dealing with a lot of Asian companies - They try to make out they are from Australia but they are not. I am not 100% saying that this is the case here but the % refund is a practice i have experienced with a company that i thought was Australian but turns out Chinese. I am glad that i have read the reviews before i purchased

I wish I'd looked at this site before buying from this company. The bathers were a strange fit, but it was sending them back for a refund that was the problem. The company state on their website to email them for a return address/full refund, but this proved impossible. After many emails with no address given, I accepted a 50 percent refund and donated the bathers to a charity shop. Whether I get the refund or not remains to be seen.

This is a scam. Horrible sizes, don't fit. Mine arrived with stains, when trying to return they just ghosted me. THEY WILL NOT GIVE YOU A REFUND!
Utter waste of money.

Bought over $100 in bathers. Neither fit properly. Both too long on the body and neither fit my bust. Requested return authorisation as required on website. Have been offered $10 and to keep the bathers. Still waiting on my reply to have return authorisation so I can return for full refund.

Buyer beware! Do not buy from this site. They don’t offer refunds, and try to bargain with you for % refund. The order took over a month to arrive (Australia). They say their return address is in America, with no return information offered. The quality is not what you expect, and fabrics are cheap.

I am still waiting for my order from over 2 weeks ago to arrive. I have heard nothing from them, even after contacting them asking about my order.

I did receive one order within a couple of days made on the same day as the one that hasn't arrived and the sizing in interesting, the size 8 fits like a 12 and the small fits like a large. Not a good experience.

The website is clear that it accepts returns. Received an email offering $6 compensation for an $80 order instead of a return. Don't buy. Avoid.

Item not arrived and emails are uninformative and suspicious.
