Haven’t received my order. Keep getting fobbed off. They delete comments off social media. At this point I am not sure this is a genuine company. Don’t waste your money.
DON’T ORDER FROM THEM! I placed an order in January and never received my order. I sent multiple follow up emails but no response. I even asked for a refund but they ignored my request. Don’t waste your money on this website.
This company also trades under the name Sweetpea and Treacle. I found the website using google as I wanted a keepsake gift. On ordering it said dispatch would be 2-3 days. Nothing has been sent and it has now been 8 weeks. Any contact I have made to them has been completely ignored (email and facebook messages). This company is posting several times a day on social media and have deleted comments made by other saying orders haven't been fulfilled, if only I had seen before ordering. I have reported to trading standards and requested a charge back via my card provider
Please avoid at all cost this company! Also known on Facebook as Sweetpea & Treacle.
Zero customer service, I have to fight for getting my money back for an order I never received. I’ve placed an order in December and have been told the item is in the back order and more stock will be received in January. I haven’t seen anywhere on the website saying the item is not available and on back order.
Emailed them in January to ask for an update and have been ignored numerous times, finally they responded and said the refund has been processed as the item is still not in stock. Is nearly the end of March and refund hasn’t been received so far and I have to chase it over and over again!
My advice would be don’t order from this company. I placed an order 1st September costing £65, the website states the product takes 3-4 weeks to make and send. Chased this mid-October and was told it would be re-ordered, sent out, chased this again 19th Nov and was told they were ready for dispatch, still nothing received! Messages and emails are being ignored. Company also going by the name sweetpea and treacle on Facebook. Avoid!
