It is a scam. I bough the vases for 65€ and Waited for 3.5 month And they arrived 6 times smaller (like temu scam)

I bought the ghibli calendar, it took 2 months and two attempts to get it delivered. It was a gift for my best friend, I got so ashamed when she opened the little windows in front of me and started pulling out completely out of theme objects, which, btw the drawer was so huge in comparison...

I did order 1 advent calendar studio ghibli back in November.
It arrived half January and with one missing box content, also it’s quite different from what was advertised on the website.
We are very disappointed.
And even more when we discover that the email they’ve put as customer service is
NOT EXISTENT.

I ordered my calendar after seeing their Instagram ad, which advertised items from different Ghibli movies at a reasonable price. It arrived in January 2026 and was mostly Totoro-themed, unlike what was shown on the ad and website. The items were generic, low quality, and even included a Naruto pin. Overall, very disappointing and misleading. They're a rip off.

two months delivery for cheap knock-off, not at all what is shown in online unboxing - not worth a quarter of the price I paid for it. to top it off, the gift for 24th December was... a plastic NARUTO badge !!!
Definitely a rip off and a scam.

48 days ordering the Gibli advent calender it turned up and its absolutley rubbish. Items missing, poor quality and minute gifts. Not impressed

I got a studio Ghibli advent calendar and what came was an absolute joke! Not to mention I ordered it in November 2025 and didn't get it till January 2026!

Scam! Paid 44 dollars for a bookshop stationary advent calendar, what I got was totally different, GARBAGE!!! Threw everthing away. Shameful

DO **NOT** purchase their expedited shipping, it’s a scam. This company blatantly lies to customers to make an extra $10-$15 per order.

Absolute scam company. They dont sent the products or even shipping info.
No refunds given even though their website says 30 days
Saw all adverts run via different FB pages to this, all of which say scam below them
Escalated to the bank and fraud department.

DO NOT TRUST THIS SELLER!!! I ordered back in August. The package still hasn't arrived and it's almost December. And they REFUSE to refund the purchase. THEY ARE A SCAM!!!

Ordered a product. They never sent me a confirmation email, and then the wrong thing arrived. Impossible to get hold of for a refund.
