I love the brand the pieces they create and the prices of the items. I find it so hard to find girly pieces that make me feel good and comfortable but with pink vanilla I always seem to find my self obsessing over the way my body looks in the items

I love pink vanilla clothes and they never cease to amaze. They have clothes for every occasion at an affordable rate.

I ordered some trousers. They came and looked totally different from the picture material was different. Sizing was different. There was no return label or information of the order in the packet. There is no telephone contact number and each time I go through their process of returning the item. It fails does not go through. I feel like this is a scam and I'm really frustrated because I can't keep them. They're no good for me. And I'm not happy to lose money. So I would avoid buying anything from pink vanilla.I bought them through debenhams as well, and I thought they were ligitimate site, but they are failing customers as i've read more reviews of disappointments.

Fast delivery, good packaging and cute clothing.

I ordered an outfit for a xmas night out and it arrived and it didn’t fit. The package was sent without a return slip so I emailed the company asking for return info (as it states on their websites that returns are free) but they have continued to ignore me and I’m going to end up missing the return window. So disappointed as I am now left with an outfit I don’t want and wasted £20 on something I won’t use.

this company wouldn’t let me return a dress because it smelt of “washing powder” even though i brought it the day before and had never gotten it out of the bag.

I do not recommend them, I ordered several clothes from them, they were the wrong sizes, when I made a return I had to send them separately and was charged a fee for each parcel... great scam, never again will I order!!!

Ordered 3 times from Pink Vanilla, twice via Boohoo without realising because had I known by the second time I wouldn’t have bothered!

Paid for next day delivery on one occasion and delivered 3 days later - told it was “just one of those things” apparently. Every single occasion though there has been a delay in receiving my refund, taking up to nearly a month on one occasion.

Will never order again.

Their size large is more of a generous size 12. They’ll have extra small but flinch at the idea of an extra large. Their clothes are made only for the demographic of women who are skinny and small chested. Anyone else doesn’t stand a chance.

Tried a size large dress on today and I don’t know who it’s made for considering the area for the boobs would fit and hold either someone who has around medium size boobs but got them done so they sit perfectly or someone who has naturally tiny boobs. If you have natural big boobs it’s over for you.

Terrible customer service. I’ve returned my item and no refund! I’ve had to escalate this through PayPal!

My favourite dress is from pink vanilla - well made and excellent quality. Will shop here again :)
