I live in Houston Texas. I absolutely love Pinky Paradise. Just started working with them as far as ordering my prescription circle lenses. I would suggest using UPS or DHL just in case. AMAZING customer service
AMAZING customer service! Shilah helped me update my order when I decided to add another pair of contacts to my previous order before fulfillment to avoid paying shipping twice. They were the fastest responding I’ve ever had with a company! They made sure to get the accurate new order, and prescription, even though I didn't need a prescription. The attention to detail and quick replies were handled with perfection to me. I will be a customer for life!

I accidentally provided an old email address I no longer have access to while ordering. After emailing support, Nang from customer service fixed the problem immediately. It was an incredibly quick and easy process and I was very impressed, and I’m so excited to wear my contacts for my next cosplay :)
