When my package was lost they were very accommodating and messaged me as soon as possible. They offered to refund or resend my order in which I chose to resend. Staff was very attentive. Would purchase again.

Both pairs ripped almost immediately — one after a single day and the other after just a few uses. I reached out asking for either a higher-quality alternative in a similar color or a replacement, and specifically asked whether the batch might be defective. Instead of offering a solution, I was told everything is made to the same standard and advised to just browse the site for a different brand.
That does not address the issue or help a customer who received defective products. I was ready to repurchase immediately if a higher-quality option or replacement was recommended, but customer service provided no real support or accountability. Very disappointing experience.

I ordered some contacts for Halloween, never got anything regarding a shipping confirmation email, 1.5 month passed by, suddenly got an email asking for a review. After some back and forth, they claimed I inputted the wrong address, when it's a saved input that's never been wrong the last four years. They're sending fake screenshots. I ended up finding that they delivered it to a neighbor's apartment. When I went over, they said it's not even the address they claimed I put down and none of the other apartments is that number.
They're a bunch of dishonest frauds.
EDIT: In response to their response, they're telling me to reach out to UniUni but I never received an email with tracking information and I don't know the tracking number to file the complaint and they're doing everything but help me file it. The tracking number they provided errors out for me and they never followed up with the USPS tracking number. EVEN NOW after several email back and forth and this review, they still won't give me the USPS Ground Advantage tracking number they claim was used.
I'm CERTAIN I did not input 173 because, as I said, it's a saved input that has never been wrong for years. I was only able to flag it to them after the fact because I NEVER got a confirmation email. They claim the emails were successful, but all they've provided are cropped Microsoft Times New Roman "screenshots" that shows no actual email content.
Again, the 173 address doesn't even exist. How can a company ship to an address that physically doesn't exist? They actually can't. The apartment complex isn't internal - it's literally a townhouse else complex. So they DO have access to see if an unit exist. Them and UniUni are being dodgy.
I seriously would not be causing such a fuss over a $50 purchase, but it's the fact that they're constantly responding and claiming I'm at fault and going around in circles about the "173" but not addressing the tracking number issue or providing anything BUT cropped screenshots.

Customer service is goated cause they answer super fast and like immidietly helped with my inquiry My orders come relatively on time. Shipping is free above a reasonable minimum order and I've been using their yearly contacts for a year and haven't had any eye related issues or complications from them. Sometimes the photo is a bit different than the actual product but thats only really majorly affected one pair I've gotten from them. I honestly wear some on a daily basis when I cant find my clear ones and prices are typically affordable, especially for year long lenses. Only thing a bit more expensive are the sclearas and I wish i could buy the full black screens but alas out of price range.

Ordered September 5th for Halloween ended up getting lost in customs after they told me to give it time for the shipping to update. Finally they agreed to send me another package on October 30th and it updated on November 14th saying that on November 12th my package was delivered in HONG KONG, KWON TANG!!! I immediately emailed them that day which was a Thursday with pictures of the tracking asking them why was it saying delivered when it was in Hong Kong and they reply with an email along the lines of “your package says delivered please check post office if anything” RIGHT AFTER I sent them a screenshot of it saying it was delivered at the wrong address!!!! They finally emailed me back after I emailed them saying I’d call my bank and make a claim if my money wasn’t returned, which is exactly what I did and luckily I got my money back today, but all they sent me was another email saying they’ll call customs about my package and refund me and it’ll take 7-10 business days honestly I was so disappointed I heard good things about this place for them to lose my package TWICE and then deliver it to the wrong country and address after waiting 75 days!!!! Absolutely ridiculous and they don’t even have a number to call just email. Horrible
Experience how am I still getting my shein packages and other orders from over seas but this place lost my package twice???

The only company I trust with contact lenses ! I have different eye prescriptions for each eye 2.25 and 2.75 and it’s so great that pinky paradise cater for that!

Took my large order for my daughters Christmas then emailed me hours later with 70% off their site! Emailed to explain how disappointed I was as I havent even received my order yet? and was told they would not honour the sale with my order, zero empathy to the situation at all. Quick to take the money but have zero customer service, most reputable companies would refund the difference on an order not yet received and for that reason I would avoid. I will update when I see what the actual lenses are like, although after my experience already I won't hold my breath!

My step-daughter ordered a pair of contacts 55 days ago that never arrived. She has sent 3 emails asking for an update or refund and has not received a response.
This is not good service and we need a refund.

Ordered my contacts in September for Halloween and an event in November and they STILL haven’t arrived. They claimed my package got stuck in customs, but for some reason orders placed after mine were not affected. I’ve been in contact with them since the beginning of October. My contacts didn’t arrive on time. Since making this review, they’ve initiated my refund.

Customer service was amazing, my concerns were addressed in a timely matter. If you are trying to track your order check the confirmation email, they send how to track it through that email. Not the website tracking. Contacts arrived within 3 weeks, which is quick considering they got delayed in customs. Worn them the last two days, for six hours each time, with no issues with irritation. Got so many compliments on the white out ones. Definitely recommend this brand ❤️ 🐼
