A great experience with Jonny! He wasn’t pushy, he went through everything with myself and my husband and knew exactly what we needed to protect ourselves and our daughter. He was accommodating with timing and was happy to allow us time to think things over without being aggressive!

Matt was a great, after getting to know about me and what I needed, he managed to find a policy that would suit my needs. He was very patient with me and my questions, whilst explaining everything about the new policy and making sure I understood it all before putting the phone down.
